I'm also doing bachelor of nursing and I have 800 hours of clinical placements throughout the degree. Does this also vary from university to university....... as you said you had to do more than 900 hours of placements during your nursing degree. I was just curious to ask.....
And one more thing pawan, i do know a little about new grad program but can you make a detailed video on that as well like how we apply for it and what are the things that we can choose (for example, preffered facilities such as hospitals, aged cares, go clinics, and areas you are interested in as if in a hospital so whuch ward - ED, surgical, rehab, maternity, etc ). Or if we can't choose where we want to go like is this wholly upto them or what.......

EN nursing is easy or difficult. I don’t have medical background. So should I take it.
    Please let me know.

I applied for bs of nursing in Australia and I have received a letter from the university, but with it there is also a foundation of 8 months because my overall score is 58 in PTE and I need 65 for nursing. After that, I should go for BS Nursing or choose another degree in which I can get direct admission without foundation.

Oh I got the same course when I applied cuz I had 6 in writing in ielts, but the mean time my visa application was in progress, I did pte and got not less than 73. And from India I got the coe of bachelor of nursing as well which was supposed to start in Feb 2024. I came in Sydney in Nov 2022 and I asked my education consultant to get me the coe of nursing for Feb 2023 batch. As I had the score, coe and already enrolled in foundation studies of Western Sydney University, I got enrolled for the course I wanted and now I'm half way of my degree 😊

    • @PawanSandhuPS

      Hi Jagdish,
It really varies from university to university, some have more on campus classes than others. But apart from lectures, you will also have clinical placements spread throughout the course, equivalent to more than 900+ hours - for which yo will have to travel to different hospitals and healthcare facilities

Not necessarily, but depends on where you are working.......as if in aged care, AINs will do these jobs, in gp clinics, no such things you will get to do but in hospitals, yess, you are looking after your patient and you will have to do everything where they need assistance. But not every patient will be the same as some of them can be independent even if they are in hospital. And at last I would say it depends on the type of wards as well.
