feitan did go all out against the queen. his power works by "returning the pain". basically, the more damage someone deals to him, the stronger his sun gets. since the queen only broke his arm and did that one emitter attack, the sun only was that strong. if she'd injured him more badly, the sun would've been stronger, killing her faster.
But his power also has other forms so we cant really say that he went all out
kalluto, the sibling of killua is a boy. but togashi likes to have non-standard gender expressions in his character. for example pitou is is also ambiguous in the manga, mostly referred to as "aitsu", which is a gender neutral pronoun. could be either boy or girl, togashi never specified. you will see more later on

The guy who summons Jupiter should have come at no surprise, considering they'd been playing Gustav Holst's "Jupiter" from "The Planets" the whole fight :X
It was said earlier in the anime, the zoldyck family only has sons. They are all men.
Pitou is referred to as a female bug by everyone but her companions who use gender neutral words to refer to her.
The author loves playing with his characters genders as a way to make them different and more unique when the character doesn't have that much going on but he wants to make them stand out more and have people remember them.
What Phinx meant about "You guys live here". Meant that people in Meteor City defend their homes (aka Meteor City itself) to the end. Its a bit shameful for one of their comrades to just keal over and die. Think of them as vikings. It's a great honor and pride to die in battle while protectinf ones home. The Phantom Troupe knows of this so as fellow citizens they gave them the best way to go out.

i really don't get these two episodes. i feel like this information could have been given to us in half an episode while we also check on, say, the Zoldycks or Kurapika or both for the other half. two whole episodes of these irrelevant guys is a weird choice.
