Radio Communications Powerhouse! - Custom Roof Console/Communications center Landcruiser 80 Series

Finally I have finished the mold for my custom built roof console/communications center and produced the first product!
In between moving houses and being swamped with work I have finished the console and even if I say so myself, it looks pretty good!
In this video I take you through the process of shaping a polystyrene plug, finishing it off and laying up a fiberglass mold over it. After removing the mold from the plug I laid up a final product in the mold.

For a guy as cash strapped as I am, this is my only option. But as they say: "Desperation is the mother of all invention"
It is very handy to have experience in many disciplines though, it can save you a fortune!
