    As U know Drifter Dave I was there 80-81 and still can’t believe a McDonalds came there after I left !!!!!! That ROCK 🪨 had not even Thought 💭 about a Hamburger 🍔 Stand must less a McDonalds when I was there 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

      ​@@DrifterDaveThe Adak McDonald's closed a little bit later than that in March 1994, because that's when the Bobby's World toys were in the Happy Meals

      Interesting! I could find any firm facts and had to rely on the input from locals, but this video has definitely helped provide crowdsourced information about Adak as it once was. I'm glad this video has connected so many people that once lived on the island!

    And McDonald's food is just as poisonous now as it was then. In fact I think they added a couple more grams of sugar to their buns also.

      It's not my cup of tea, either! Though I don't mind the $1 summer drinks.
