In the tumultuous times that we live in, a silent thanks to all these artistes who have preserved the two Indian classical music streams and showing how they also combine beautifully in this great land of ours.

Violin and Sarangi combine oh so beautifully and, when they alternate, the resonance of one more soulful than the other. The Kalyani rendition shows how much is common between the two Indian classical music systems and how differently and beautifully they can be conceptualised and combined.
