All Might was a huge inspiration for me, I watched this show when it came out, I was 16? The themes of My Hero are good for inspiration in personal goals, and its overall just fun to watch.

He shot handy man from like a 100m away before his hand could reach Deku's face 2cm away and Deku was moving towards it with 100% speed. Rough calculation, around Mach 25000. His gun is clearly modified + the quirk.
"That was so hype!" I think that's what this show does best, besides just getting me emotionally invested. The music and voice acting go so hard, really elevates the whole experience

@@fedwyn the simple fact you think i was talking about end game shows you are not that smart. every single avengers movie has an avengers assemble scene in it. first one was the most iconic and end game was the largest. i was referencing the first one. it was a world saving defense too. if they lost then the planet would get overrun. nuking the city wouldn't have done anything. it also doesn't matter. every avengers assemble moment is always more hype than teachers showing up to put handcuffs on random thugs.

for me Tanjiro and Deku have the exact same personality both extremely pure hearted and humble! Naruto is also very pure hearted but also has that huge pervy side and his confidence can be borderline arrogant at the start! he grows on you! while the other 2 are just are! Tanjiro and Deku are also both very smart/intelligent whereas Naruto often comes across as dimwitted!
I understand some people may not like the premise or concept of the whole hero thing and society nature of it that may make them not like this series for that reason, but damn even if it isnt your cup of tea you cant deny its got some great writing, EPIC moments, and just downright hits the FEELS in the best of ways!

I know I know, a long analysis but bare with with me. All Might vs Nomu solidified this Legend as the Definitive "HERO" in fiction for me. I am a big Superman fan. And this was like reading Death of Superman (the feeling not the plot). Up until we just hear how great of a hero he is and have seen some flashes of it. But this fight smacks you in face with his Greatness. All Might arrives to save the day but there is still the tension that he is also putting himself in danger. Despite him being "the strongest" he is not Gojo Satoru. Gojo is stronger than he has ever been. He is more like Whitebeard. Still the strongest but nowhere near his Prime. Again a enemy tailor made to kill him. How does he secure victory. With sheer willpower and relentlessness. While protecting his students no less. May he be remembered as one of the greatest Superheroes ever written.
The season 1 was a really great introduction of the characters and the story, and they will continue on that way on the season 2. Well, can't wait to see your reactions to the next seasons! :D
I think it's Midoriya being shown as the Rock Lee early on, crying/ training to be the best included. That and since MHA is Superheroes and not Ninja, it's more familiar to grasp.
I wonder if I'm gonna see Fairy Tail on her channel. Fairy Tail is just another anime that received so much hate, but for me, it was enjoyable. It's one of my faves.
TONE OF SHOW SPOILER IN THIS COMMENT . . . . As someone who is current on the anime, listening to the commentary is amazing. I also felt that way in season 1 😂😂 I'm excited to see how and when the commentary changes in the later seasons
This show has some insanely high peaks. However it also has a lot of things I dislike a lot. So I can´t really say I love the show. Especially later seasons do a lot of stuff I despise. Not to say they don´t do that in earlier seasons but they do it in better ways that are more tolerable. What helps is not watching it as episodes release weekly but in batches of multiple episodes. With weekly episodes the sore spots stick out more than when watching in batches.
Aside from it's fanbase and their habits of making weird ships between the characters, this anime is an absolute banger, very motivating and very emotional
Dunno if it has been pointed out yet but "Plus Ultra" is a Latin phrase meaning "Further Beyond" and is the national motto of Spain IRL. I had originally thought it was Japanglish when I first started watching MHA.
I think it's just the overall aesthetic, pale guy with pale hair who's looking a bit rough - Shigi's got the scratchmarks, Mahito has the patchwork face of scars. There's definitely some similarities so I think it's funny lol
