So after shiva mannar(previous kartha) died the throne should be passed to shouranga tribe leader dhara(deva's father) but shiva mannar's son(raja mannar & present kartha) didn't want his father's throne to be passed on so he annihilated the entire shouranga tribe so that he & his mannar tribe can rule over khansaar again.
