Dr. Fate may have shown duplication, giant scale illusion casting, potent attacks, etc., but Wanda has shown actual reality warping the size of a town, multiversal travelling, matter creation, energy and magic absorption, regeneration, durability, telekinesis, telepathy, and even destroyed every single copy of the Darkhold in every universe. Both showed astral projection while moving. She overpowered Thanos twice, controlled a whole town twice, defeated a whole fortress of sorcerers, overpowered Dr. Strange, damaged Thanos' Uru blade and tore through vibranium. I don't know who among those would scale with Black Adam or the Demon King, but Dr. Fate hasn't shown as much. He could see the future sure, but Wanda's main power is controlling probability. She changes the history and future of the world with her hexes and even her prophecy is as fluid as the timestream. In the comics though, Fate definitely wins. Guy literally went toe to toe with Spectre.

Yeah, no. Fate showed a lot of abilities for the limited screen time he had. Wanda does the same things over and over. He has better reflexes shown in there. And he's more powerful, even in that movie it isn't debatable.
Helmet cannot be destroyed when he is in use. Just like Wanda can destroy infinity stone when it is lying still, but not when it is wielded (Thanos approaching her with glowing gauntlet). Also, Helmet cannot be created, since it is akin to WiFi router - the real power comes from something else. If Scarlet could create working helmet, that would be like saying that she can create an object with Phoenix Force inside. Likewise, Scarlet does not NEED outside source of power, since she already has DARKHOLD which is exactly that.
Her abilities can be used to rewrite reality itself. Taking on Scarlet Witch is a task for a team, not one lone sorcerer, no matter how powerful he or she is. Doctor Fate, who is an agent of the Lords of Order, could not defeat someone as immersed in chaos magic as Scarlet Witch.
Slight issue here..fate is literally a one in all character..who i believe actually planned his death at the end ..lets look at some of the things he can do.. pretty much everything dr strange can but easier.man can slice up wanda or with the attack he used on sabbac..man can invade her mind like x did ...but on a far higher level..x was still human..fate uses actual magic . Fate can literally see the future ..neat trick to have in a 1 vs 1 ..the dude is a 100 times faster than wanda and can statue her .the man is far far more durable than wanda . Yes. However, it is pretty much a justified tie. They cannot beat one another, since their powers are Ying and Yang. Ironically, the only way to win is to convince the opponent to give up. Scarlet is more offense less defense. Fate is more defense and less offense. Scarlet can destroy stones (so, she could destroy helmet), but ONLY IF they are not being used (helmet is OFF). Likewise, Strange can shred her with his broken mirror dimension thing, but Wanda can come back due to stubbornness and chaos regeneration. So, the only way for Fate to win is for Scarlet to give up being stubborn and choose to die. And the only way for Scarlet to win is for Fate to take choose to take off his helmet. Perfect stalemate. Doctor Fate can use his premonition to find ANY possibility when that happens, if such exist. But since Wanda is being “reasonable”, that is not gonna happen, since there are probably 0 instances where she surrenders. Being able to see probabilities is not the same as creating probability one desires. Fate can only choose out of all existing possibilities. That does NOT equal he chooses ANYTHING (different domain).

Slight issue here..fate is literally a one in all character..who i believe actually planned his death at the end ..lets look at some of the things he can do.. pretty much everything dr strange can but easier.man can slice up wanda or with the attack he used on sabbac..man can invade her mind like x did ...but on a far higher level..x was still human..fate uses actual magic . Fate can literally see the future ..neat trick to have in a 1 vs 1 ..the dude is a 100 times faster than wanda and can statue her .the man is far far more durable than wanda . This is how the fight goes ..he makes wanda see a vision of her kids..wanda enjoys it but realizes its a trick after a few seconds..before she can overpower it ..she gets sliced in half by fates blades

Scarlet is more offense less defense. Fate is more defense and less offense.
Scarlet can destroy stones (so, she could destroy helmet), but ONLY IF they are not being used (helmet is OFF). Likewise, Strange can shred her with his broken mirror dimension thing, but Wanda can come back due to stubbornness and chaos regeneration.
So, the only way for Fate to win is for Scarlet to give up being stubborn and choose to die. And the only way for Scarlet to win is for Fate to take choose to take off his helmet.

Doctor Fate can use his premonition to find ANY possibility when that happens, if such exist. But since Wanda is being “reasonable”, that is not gonna happen, since there are probably 0 instances where she surrenders.

Could Scarlet Witch not just warp reality and create her own helmet? Even if Fate is immune to her reality warping, I don’t see why she couldn’t just make one for herself if reality can be whatever she wants.
To further elaborate, the Helmet of Fate seems to change abilities based on the being that’s inhabiting it, like it appears to when Hauhet inhabits the helmet instead of Nabu for Khalid in Prime Earth (mainstream current comics). So, in theory, if Wanda warped reality to create a helmet that could similarly adopt the powers of the inhabitant being and inhabited this helmet with someone more powerful than however is in Dr. Fate’s helmet, couldn’t she beat him?
