[IMPORTANT] If you're using the earbuds in app and have paired them with your phone first,
you have to factory reset them in the app, put them back in the case, disconnect your phones bluetooth, take em out of the case and then go through the process shown in these videos of how to connect them with PC.
First connect them into computer, so it recognizes it as a audio device, THEN connect them with your app and phone like you did before.
If you do this process in the reverse order, you run into these kind of problems that your computer dont recognize the bluetooth earbuds as audio devices.
I wasted so much time resetting my computer, updating bluetooth drivers ect that I hope this message helps someone!❤

For everyone who cannot see the the playback devices option, go to settings > system > sound and in the right panel, under related settings, click "Sound Control Panel". Hope this helps and Please like this so others can see.

yes we have the same problem bro , the best solution is go to device manager > click bluetooth > right click "microsoft bluetooth enumerator" (or possible any of the other bluetooth devices) then uninstall it > then at the very top click ACTION " scan for hardware changes" . IT WORKS!! . RESPOND IF YOURS WORKS TOO :)

Excuse me solution centre ,I plead you to please reply and give me a solution for this or pls make a quick short vid as soon as possible for it . I have clicked on pair the headphone and then it shows connected but then again shows paired and then when I try to connect it again, it will show connected but then again it will show paired within 10sec. And there is no sound in the headphones throughout . I have tried what you said but it shows paired automatically though I had connected it. I have also updated my drivers and have kept audio sinc on.
I am having problems learning online because of this bluetooth.
I politely request you to pls make a video on it or reply to it.

If it shows ur bluetooth is connected but voice is not coming then following might help
OPEN SETTING > GO TO BLUETOOTH SECTION AT THE RIGHT SIDE YOU WILL FIND "SOUND SETTING" IN BLUE COLOR,
CLICK ON THAT AND AT TOP U WILL FIND "OUTPUT" or "CHOOSE UR OUTPUT DEVICE" there u select ur bluetooth and it may resolve ur problem.

After you do this, and this still doesn't work you probably have a microphone built into your headphones, which means windows detects it as a headset, and sets your microphone to it too. Change it to anything else in the same settings as in the video but in the recording tab.
It should work now, for some reason windows doesn't work with two way Bluetooth signal meaning you can only hear OR record from one Bluetooth device. Meaning if you try to do it with both windows will shit itself instead of fixing this issue for you, classic Microsoft move.
How to change it??

guys for thos with two playbacks in one device (for exampla HDsound stereo and HDsound hands free AG audio are different,) so do the same thing but disconnect the hands free one or not the stereo ome

In my laptop it show Headphone p47 diconnected with download arrow. do you need to download first because there option set as default is blocked.

I guess I'm still having a problem; I have P47 Headphones and I had this same issue. It was resolved, but NOW the sound is weird. No one can tell me that they don't work anymore, because before I had this problem, the sound was up and it didn't sound so "blocky". I literally just got these headphones about two hours ago.
I get sound but it goes off and comes back on again and i have to hold my head in a certain position to keep the sound on!

@@emanuel3568 im using a Bluetooth dongle and the only thing that seem to work was removing it few time or changing the port, its annoying but works fine

I’m having an issue with my wireless headsets where if I have a mic enabled I can’t hear my game volume but once I disable it the in game volume comes back. I’ve tried two different wireless headsets and the same issue has occurred any solutions?
And if i dont have the headphone driver int playback devices? How can i add it? When i right click and enter in Playback devices i see only my monitor and speakers.

Getting close to my issue. I can power up with either cable headphones or bluetooth headphones and they both work. I cannot have both going. I cannot change from one to the other unless I restart the PC (win7). When I have cable headphones working in bluetooth the bluetooth audio is disconnected, but in grey not black, so the PC ignores request to connect. I've tried disabling my cable headphones-they do disable, but still I need to restart my PC to enable the bluetooth headphones. I would like both to work together or be able to swap between, either would work for me, but restarting is a pain.
