- Hiphop, Popping, Waacking, Locking Side : 점수제, 시간제한 45초, 3써클로 진행
- Openstyle Side : 점수제, 시간제한 45초, 4써클로 진행
*2차예선
- 각 장르 상위 21명(오픈 20명) 2차예선 (시간제한 45초) , 동점자 발생 시 2.5차 예선 (시간제한 40초)
*본선 규칙
- HIPHOP / WAACKING / POPPING / OPENSTYLE SIDE : 16강 - 1MOVE 1분 / 8강~결승 - 2MOVE 1분
- LOCKING SIDE : 16강(1MOVE 1분), 8강 진출 8명은 7 to smoke로 배틀 진행 | 30분 제한, 1MOVE 40초 | 7승 누적자 우승 | 제한시간 초과 시 최다 득점자가 우승

This is what PURE waacking looks like. As you can see, it's not just about technique. It's an entire piece with story, drama and poses while still being musical. I hope more waackers will uphold the true essence of this dance 'cause I've been seeing a lot of techniques with the new generation, but the drama portion is slowly fading. I know Lip J is a huge support of this side of waacking that's why we can see how she creates art forms in every judge showcase. Lockeroo and Lip J were both students of the late Tyrone Proctor aka "the father of waacking" and we need more waackers to incorporate more musical drama to their performances to preserve the dance 🥲
Why u always mention Lip j in everyclip? Was she there?

@@ZeePark21 i understand what u mentioned above about waacking. However, this showcase was played by lockeroo. I just felt weird when u mentioned somebody who was not on the stage, thats all.
@@touma1812 and you didn't have to feel weird 'cause I was explaining and gave a POSITIVE example to support my "more waackers should do this" claim. You feel weird if I tried COMPARING.
I hope Princess Lockeroo's performance and the Waacking conference held during the event have inspired many waackers in Korea to consider incorporating more drama and theatrics to their dance in addition to technical moves. The true essences of waacking are storytelling and expression, not fast paced arm movements.

화려한 테크닉, 뮤지컬리티을 뛰어넘는 제 3의 것. 3분짜리 4분짜리 춤을 표현한 것이 아니라 드라마를 매순간순간 놓치지 않고 표현하는 게 왁킹이었다는 생각이 드네요.
작년에 이어서 올해도 역사적인 무대를 보여주네요ㅠㅠ
한편의 뮤지컬을 보는 듯 했다. 미쳤다 진짜….. 와 감동먹었어 너무 멋있어 스토리가 있어서 몰입 했다
직접 보러가진 못 했지만 락커루라는 왁킹 댄서를 알게 해주셔서, 이런 무대를 만들어주신 락커루님 너무 감사드립니다
감동이 치밀어 올라 작은 화면으로 보면서도 눈물이 좔좔 흐르네요..ㅜ^ㅠ 다음번엔 꼭 관객으로써 직접 참여해서 보러가고싶네요!!
