I was saving for Carlotta and her weapon my last pull was Zhizhe, I wanted to get 4 star on a banner AND at low pity lost my 50/50 use and got camelya who I was going to skip. Now she is fun and I forced myself as FTP to pick up her sword but I really hope for Carlotta still.
I'm so glad I pulled for Zhezhi , Jinhsi performs amazing with her, and now she will be the best teammate for Carlotta too who's looking to be a very strong dps,
Though roccia is taylor made to assist Camellya, im actually going to use her for a full havoc team with rover/danjin/roccia. She can also work very well for crowd control teams as well
Roccia is a S tier , she is literally broken , she gives 20% havoc dmg bonus 25% basic attk dmg bonus ,200 flat attk buff for whole team crowd control and her dmg is more than zhezhi and she is also quick concerto

In the start, i wanted only zhezhi, so i tried to pull for her and got her at early pity (around 30), and then, i tried just bc why not, to do a 10 pull on Carlotta banner and got her too IDK HOW, I USUALLY HAVE SHITTY LUCK IN WUWA (I lost all my 50/50 in all the accounts i made, but now i'm soo happy ^^
I think you're underestimating Roccia's value, she has quite a fast concerto regen, and has crowd control, she buffs havoc dmg and is quite a decent as a sub dps
Mamma Mia! It might be too early to put Roccia in B-tier. I'm thinking Camellya + Sanhua is similar to Jinhsi + Yuanwu. Totally usable, but I doubt Sanhua will be able to match the "premium" Roccia team. Also, for a totally non-META reason, can you imagine what it would be like using Jinhsi (with her new skin) and Roccia on the same team? Fireworks galore.
Yuanwu isn't comparable to sanhua lol, Yuanwu gave 0 buffs and only is used to give stacks to Jihnsi + activate healing set, while Sanhua has +20% ATK and 38% BA deepen (which is a straight up multiplier on top of the dmg) while taking negative field time

I don't care if you think Sanhua is better than Yuanwu. Yuanwu is Jinhsi's best 4 star support. He's easy to build, requires virtually no field time, provides a shield, interruption resistance, has 100% uptime on his coordinated attacks, and is easier to use than Jinhsi's current 5 star supports.
Roccia is like Kazuha cuz she has grouping and plunge but she can also do it off field which helps with camellya being stuck in one place in her vine mode, I genuinely think she will age like zhezhi, remember when zhezhi was released she wasn't considered as valueable.
Roccia will probably be the best mob gatherer in the game, because she can do that off-field and basically turn every dps to Jiyan. Damage will probabaly also be huge, and not that slow on concerto too.
All I can say is, RIP wallet. I stopped playing back in 1.0 and came back 3 days before the end of 1.2 to get my free 5* and have stuck around. Still catching things up mostly, but you dangle anything dragon my way and say hi to my wallet so Jinshi is a must for me (I did get Jiyan back in 1.0). Carlotta and Zhezhi are also in the to get list. Seriously bad timing with those reruns for me.

You need to build 3 teams for the endgame tower and a lot of teams want sanhua. Having a 2nd sanhua just sounds like a win for any account. Plus roccia has a bunch of grouping which sanhua doesn't have, and more grouping may become more essential because of the pincer event which seems to come around with every banner reset and is just a bunch of waves of enemies. You're opinion and all, but it sounds like your opinion about characters that look like roccia is affecting your opinion about meta and gameplay.
I'm pretty sure her opinion is because of appearance of roccia, if roccia were an adult seductress like Changli and yinlin, then no one would complain about it

It's really funny since players called Zhezhi/Xiangli Yao Banners are the most skippable patch, now Zhezhi is standing on the top as one of the best sub dps in the game, I had this gut feeling that she's just gonna get better with time that's why I pulled her and her signature in her debut, I guess I was right all along

I barely played on mobile I have c1s1 Jiyan and base Shorekeeper I have a guarantee however I don’t know if I should pull Zhenzhi first then try for Carlotta or jinshi. Or just start over ? But I’ll no longer have the free lightning guy
3:02 Why Sanhua? The leaks say Carlotta scales off Skill damage. Taoqi would be her best choice if you don't have Zhezhi, in that case. I actually just built my Taoqi to replace Zhezhi on Jinshi team since I'm moving ZZ to Carlotta team. Also Roccia will make it so I can have Sanhua as an option for Encore since I'm currently using double carry Fusion.. We also don't know how long Roccia will spend on the field. Sure, probably not 5s like Sanhua, but definitely not B tier.. everyone mentioned deserves A or S based on given information.
Spending 10-15 seconds building outro on Taoqi is way worse than sanhuas 3 second field time. This means you can spend more time on Carlotta and do more rotations in total. Obviously if your goal isn't time but rather seeing bigger number, use Taoqi.
I'm just getting Carlotta and her weapon. I'd love to get Zhezhi but I don't have enough. I don't think Sanhua (basic attack buff) is a replacement for Zhezhi, but Lumi is. Sanhua buffs basic attack and I believe Carlotta's damage works off of resonance skill (like Changli). If I get Carlotta and her weapon (very) early, I'll try for Zhezhi. After that, it's just waiting to see what Phoebe and Zani have in store.

I think it's too early to say that S0 Roccia is worse than S6 Sanhua for Camellya. Roccia has crowd control, which is useful for Camellya who cannot easily move around without dodging. We also dont know Roccia's multipliers; she might do big damage herself. We'll just have to wait and see

originaly, I pulled for carlotta becuse I like her kit and play style. I had no Zhezhi however. I then got her at 11 pity and my carlotta team is done. I just need carlotta weapon and I have everything I need from 2.0

2.1 comes Phoebe which is Spectro dps too. I would recommend to wait and look how Phoebe will be and then pull in the one you like more. I will do the same.

She can use in grouping in ToA dual dps setup without a support.

I'm really feeling like I need a Spectro DPS so I've been waiting for Jinhsi, and I built Yuanwu already.
But I also really want Carlotta and won't have the resources for Zhezhi.
I thought of Roccia for not just Camellya, but for other basic-attackers if Sanhua is unavailable...
2.1 will have Phoebe who's supposed to be a spectro dps so you can go for Carlotta and then try to get Phoebe.

Am i weird for not wanting to pull for Zezhi on her launch, but now wanting because of Carlotta and cause i started to like her way of playing
So i got jinhsi already, zhezi and carlotta and planning to skip roccia, since i missed jinhsi's signature, should i pull on it?, i really want brant tho

I think it's too early to say that S0 Roccia is worse than S6 Sanhua for Camellya. Roccia has crowd control, which is useful for Camellya who cannot easily move around without dodging. We also dont know Roccia's multipliers; she might do big damage herself. We'll just have to wait and see

Roccia has a dedicated new havoc buffing set on top of the built in havoc and basic attack buffs. I really don’t see sanhua being better even at s6
Sanhua is greatc bcs she is a concerto-generating freak and has a very low fieldtime.

originaly, I pulled for carlotta becuse I like her kit and play style. I had no Zhezhi however. I then got her at 11 pity and my carlotta team is done. I just need carlotta weapon and I have everything I need from 2.0

2.1 comes Phoebe which is Spectro dps too. I would recommend to wait and look how Phoebe will be and then pull in the one you like more. I will do the same.
