Sir ji plz urgently reply me. Last time i had done ITR2 because i was having Share market activity with swing trade gain so but in this Assessment Year which ITR i have to choose ITR2 or should i go with ITR3. Please help me. THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME.
Hi Rishabh, actually tax filing for salaried people is easy because you get help from employer and tips from colleagues. But would u ask Anoop Bhatia to do a course on Business income, capital gains / loss on trading, set off and carry forward of losses, etc Also when I was filing taxes, I noticed the new form AIS has far more info like interest from post office TD. So this was over and above the 26AS
Kindly make a video on intraday trading ,f & o trading, short term capital gain, long term capital gain on equity, dividend income and income from other sources.
Hey Rishabh, can you please put out one for ITR 2 as well? ITR 1 is pretty straight forward, but ITR 2 flow has some glitches on the portal, making it difficult to make sense of anything
Passed BTech last year, got placed. Since I am the first engineer of my family, also the first person to have taxable income - I didn't know anything about taxes and how to pay them. Followed this video and submitted the ITR. Thanks for helping.
Thanks for this video Rishabh! It was really helpful. Can you please suggest how to exempt deduction under 2(28A)? I couldn’t find it anywhere in the official filing form.
Do we need to calculate DP charges separately if those are not included in the capital gain report to report under expenses related to transfer column?
What about if tax is to be paid and that same amount is to be first paid and then declared under self assessment tax clause. It would be great, if you could also include that step as well in upcoming videos
Hi Rishabh sir, I got gratuity from my previous IT company after completing 4y9m, but they didn't exempt that amount in section10(10). Hey LLA, I have invested Rs. 20000 in Infrastructure bonds (80CCF) which gives additional deduction over 1.5 Lac 80C limit. But that section is not available in ITR 1. Can you please confirm where can I add this ?
Section 80CCF of the Income Tax Act is a subsection of Section 80C that provides the taxpayer with a deduction on the amount invested in specific Government approved infrastructure bonds. This section enables the taxpayer to avail a deduction of upto Rs. 20,000 per year on total taxable income. 80ccf is included in 80c only
@@snehalkadam2712 hey if total income is less than 5 lakhs still we need to choose the same option as told in video or we need to choose 'other' there at first step, am confused could you may be help?
I often see LLA's vlogs but would say this is incomplete information about return filing and even though it's only ITR 1 demonstrated, let me tell you this itself is not even 50% covered, let alone other more detailed forms. Practically, there are so many concepts and nuances that it's not possible for an individual to know and be updated who is not regularly in touch with tax matters. Let's not take the matter so lightly and should consult tax practitioners for peace of mind atleast if not for anything else.
This video is useful for a basic salaried employee who doesn't have any other significant transactions or income sources. If by any chance, the person is aware of non- regular items, must consult a professional

Dear Team, Thanks for the video. One question to ask, will I get the tax rebate u/s 80 CCD (2) if the employer on my behalf contributes to the NPS deducting the amount from my salary? Note - This is my contribution to NPS made by employer. Employer is not contributing any amount from its side. Also confirm that this rebate will be additional from the rebate u/s 80 C & 80 CCD (total 2 lacs)?

I am a salaried employee. I have a few questions 1) What I should do if the is a difference between the cumulative salary received and that mentioned in form 16. ? 2) if the employer is contributing to EPFO, can it be declared in 80CCD(2)? And how much amount can be declared?
Kindly contact your employer regarding the mismatch and as far as epfo contribution is concerned it is allowed under 80C not 80ccd and EPF contribution is allowed as deduction on the employee part only under 80c
80 CCD(2) is the employer's contribution to the central pension scheme. 12% of (basic + DA), is contributed by the employer towards the provident fund. Out of it, 8.33% is contributed to EPF and 3.67% is contributed to EPS. What exact are EPF and EPS? Explain with an example. Are they come under a central pension scheme or not?
