That's from October 1990 but OF COURSE it doesn't represent the fashion of that time but is an homage to 70's (not 80's!) fashion 😉 This song is the second single of her golden quartet in 1990/91, starting with "Better The Devil You Know (05/90) and continuing with" Step Back In Time" (10/90), "What Do I Have To Do" (01/91) and "Shocked" (05/91) - all of them bangers!
I’m sorry but it does represent the fashion of this time because there was a huge 70s revival in the early 90s in fashion and in music

@@sarablack2547haven’t done shocked or what do I have to do yet but Step back in time is definitely one of my favorites I loved when she performed it at the Queens Jubilee that’s what really sold it for me.
