Not sure if you'll ever see this, but....
My build is a Skill, Dex, and Magic Glass-cannon build- meaning I have access to Switchglaives, Kusarigama, Hatchets, and Dual Blades. And my item-shortcuts are filled with Ninjutsu and Omyou magic.
Shortcut set 1: Sloth, Weakness, Devigorate, and Thunder Talisman(s)
Set 2: Power Pill, Laat Gambit Pill, Carnage Talisman, and Barrier Talisman
Set 3: Tiger-running, Catwalking, Sneak-thief, and Levitation Scrolls
Set 4: Gunpowder bombs, Shurikens(or Kunai), Caltrops, and Thunderstorm Shot Talisman
No elixir because you won't take damage, you'll either win flawlessly or die... well, you might be able to take 2 or three hits, on a good day. My build relies on murdering enemies before they murder me. It also demands melee and movement mastery, as efficient use of Ki is vital to maximizing damage before the buffs/debuffs wear off, and due to the low healthpool spacing and dodging at the right time are vital...
As for skills, just use whatever you find to be effective.

Im sorry but i never struggled with nioh until way of demon then got myself a solid build and didnt struggle till abyss so nioh 2 is no different. Dream of Demon will give a solid challenge but also allow us to become op as hell
@@papidey23 I haven't even played Nioh 1 and I did the final boss first try. This shit isn't as hard as you guys say it is. Nioh 2 is just super gimmicky.

Nioh 2 has the BEST NEW Game-Play Systems since Bloodborne. However, Bloodborne is STILL the BEST MELEE game (even beats Dark Souls 3); & the VIRTUAL PANDEMIC in the game makes it interesting during these times. Nioh 2 & Bloodborne are the BEST GAMES for quarantine; unless you're still stuck on the ridiculous redundant saturation of shooter games & childish Fortnite.

Oh wow, I had no idea you could swap skill *loudouts* like that from a menu (I would just tediously do it manually when I bothered) during a mission. I thought this was something more akin to build saves at the Hut.

do you know how to get familiarity on gloves faster without using glue?
@@papidey23 Daidara Bocchi, getting familiarity even on armor is about the number of hits you do with your weapon. Just get any dual sword (or any other weapon for that matter), put on your pieces of armor that you're trying to get familiarity up on and wack away. Don't kill the boss (let it kill you) until you're done with grinding. Takes about 1-1.5 times to fight him to get a piece all the way to 999 familiarity.
Also don't forget to equip two accessories and a rifle that can roll familiarity bonus on them.

Dude there is no way you earned tempered smithed or found all the crazy ass inheritables you've found in this amount of time. Like shit is crazy.
Despite the inheritables (which seems to need to forge 100 gloves at least to get one), the other ones you can keep tempering (which will randomize for all effects in the equipment) until you find the one you need. I advise doing that only on late NG+ where you'll have enough Quality, Fable and even Divine umbracite.. but I've seen many times that if you keep changing, even the ones that appear on Fable/Divine, sometimes appear on umbracite (when I started that I had more than 400 umbras, so i was able to temper a lot of good effects
Perfect timing! I was in the middle of making a dual swords build. This video will help me a fair bit and love the blender add. Take your time with the giga tips video, I'm sure most players will learn something from it.
Did you finish this build? In working on it now and need some help on how raging activates? I have it unlocked but doesnt seem to he activated
@@sangxu6876 Yes I finished my build, but PWAR's hits a bit harder. Did you equip the raging bonus to a skill? Made a similar mistake with the throwing damage in my first build... I somehow had it as unset.
Yeah i got it down, just gotts get use to playing this build, its kind of a glass cannon
@@sangxu6876 Try steel/protection talisman with some life drain on armor and weapons. Use extraction and barrier for ki, best bird and life drain. It can go a long way.

Also there is a clan that increase damage on consecutive hits and luck+30, tried with odashi and it works nice. I'll test it out with this set see how it goes. Also Atlas bear gives you Damage Bonus when low on ki. Just giving ideas that might make it even more nasty
I think that clan (consecutive hits) maxed out at 15% dmg. Honda is a flat 28% when maxed out. The luck is nice though.

John Doe no its not lmao, have you even played the game? Its more of a Nioh 1.5 which whoever played the first game definitely wanted for the second.
Ok guys I agree with you but I don't like to play with kunai or yokay skills to defeat the bosses, when I sad Nioh 1 is more like a build that brings me back to it, but I appreciate you choose my comment to express your opinions of the game.

Amazing build as always! I can definitely make this build but man getting those inheritables is a pain. Can you please tell me which armor piece i need to forge as in which glove? I see a lot of people having gold inheritables on Platemail gloves but they arent that cheap to make. Does it have to be some specific glove that gets water sword damage?
has to be light weight, which are all the first ones in the forge list. idk whats best tbh, i just do the first one but my discord made it easier to just get whatever from there instead of forging 100 gloves hoping for rng skill % inherits

hey pwar, I know the tosa armor+honda clan would mostlikely still hurt more for the blender build, but just wanted to know ur thoughts on date masamune’s armor+the luck clan, since they give consecutive atk A if u’ve tried it that is.

The problem on your endgame builds is, that not everyone got a person to dupe items by helping each other. You can't farm watersword Damage so easy... iam working on a Moonlit Snow build with odachi and I have found just only 1 of that skill to transfer...
To be honest, it's not like the tempering of the stat is deal breaking. With 4x capacity damage, you get some more dps, but the main dish of the build is already there before.

I'm not the best player, usually what I like to do is alot of random encounters or mission with others. This is a safe way of farming amrita without losing any and collecting equipment/items.
Just play through a main mission. Do the side quests that pop up then next main and carry on. Once you get to ng+you can do this. Which i reccomend cause dlc isnt out till july 30th so just do that and you will get to end game

Wait where do you find soup cores? Is there different types of soup to boost your stats?
@@asuniqe3282 you can get orange inheritable skills and they don't take the inheritable slot when you transfer the skill if that makes sense. So you can put a orange attack then orange say shuriken damage on the same piece of gear

farm willian boss, it is an end game mission on NG+ The Blue-eyed Samurai, had to kill him around 6 times to get it. but I was already strong enough so it was fast
Not sure that the skill damages stack in this way. If you look at the status screen the water sword damage should only be counting for one of your buffs. If I’m wrong I’d love a pic of your status screen showing the water sword damage percent stacking.
Timing of this video coukdnt be any more perfect
Dodging at the right time in low stance will activate mind's eye skill which increases attack significantly in dual blades so i guess the damage can be much higher if you just dodge in low stance at the right moment but nonetheless great build and i dont think you would need more damage than this haha
You get an attack buff in high stance from guardian spirit and the skills are high stance only
@@welshmonsterhunter7028 can easily get the dodge buff in low stance and switch to high stance for an extra buff. I always start a fight with high stance and extraction talisman then stance switch between low and high. You keep the buff
This is an amazing build i love the dual swords played it for my ng game and the first area with dual swords but then i started using the tonfas... and man do I love them, would you consider doing a tonfa build currently im usong a saratobi gunsticks build based on fire nut would hapily see what u can get on that amazing weapon.Keep up the good work

@@yurilowell217 thanks to an accessory called yasakani magatama it reduces set req. by 1 or in translation u need 4 pieces to get 5 pieces effect.U can get it only in ng+

Hey can you use the white inheritable symbol with gloves and then soul match it with helm with white inheritable to get that perk you want ? Or does it have to be 2 pair of gloves for it to work .

Doesn't it level up with coop? At least from experience, helping people in coop can lend way more points than donating equip.
As someone who just started NG+, I understand I should get to the end, but how do you start farming these builds? This and the Kusa build for example, where do you go to farm the armor set etc? Specific revenants or how?

I will give you some tips. When it comes to building you will wanna do your research. Find what armor sets you wanna run then look up where to find them either with google or if you know the game find it by checking all the missions. Stats are simple you just put stat points into what’s gonna help the build you wanna run. Going for ninja? Dex skill ect. And for farming rev just kill every rev you see and look through the gear for pieces that you need for your build. You have to work for the end game builds, but it’s so fun building and super satisfying finally finishing a build.
Finding the armor sets imo is the easy part, you could easilly ask on some forums or maybe even his discord for someone to leave a revenant with the full armor, the problem is getting your hands on the proper inheritables, in this case the windstorm/water sword ones, these are very especific so not many people will have them ready to be farmed and even if they do farming from an especific revenant takes time due the cooldown before graves refresh.
Given Nioh 2 finally releasing tomorrow for PC, what build (weapons, stats, spirit, cores) will you recommend for normal game? Which work best and which not so much?
I’ve beat Nioh1 final difficulty, and enjoyed sword, dual swords and kusa+ninjutsu during my time. I kinda wanna try something different but don’t wanna impede myself with sub optimal stuff.
I was thinking tosa with gallantry for that night rain damage. I hope with get the Iai draw the Obsidian Samurai has where he jumps back first and slashes at you. That shit looks dope asf.
apply water to your sword and fire familiar to stack confusion and saturation too.
you'd get more dmg but it slows your kill speed significantly cuz you're wasting more time. i prefer to just run in and blend fast rather than having too long a setup just for bigger numbers when in the end its the same, the boss will die.
They need a new difficulty ASAP.... this is getting out of hand.

Can you have attack, attack bonus heart, and attack bonus equipment lightness on the same weapon? Or do they conflict with each other and you can only have one?
Also can you put these stats on armor or is it only for weapons?
I had no idea you could pick 2 remodels lmao even with 4 min maxed builds and 200 hours.

300 hours here likewise I did not know u could do that to improve o stats a bit lol every bit counts
@@chriswhite9522 it means maximising your build to even the smallest of upgrades, let's say you have a build that is really good, but most of they time there will be some minor buffs that can make it just a tiny bit stronger, dats min. Max.

I really wish they'd buff the yokai forms at least a little bit. Right now it feels like they're just good for a panic button.

It’s just luck if you get a piece with inheritable Water Sword, that’s why people just choose to trade and farm the inheritable piece then work on the familiarity farm

When I use Water Sword on literally any enemy they get pushed away after 3-4 hits and my sword just hits the air.

How do you get the water sword damage inheritable on all your armour? Do some armours have them as standard?
You need to get 4 gauntlets/hands with that skill, then soul match all 4 to each set piece, dont forget to max the familiarity first.

Gary Teng I get all my inheritables from the dark omens mission in ng+. The very beginning of the level. Just keep fighting revenants there and hopefully you will get lucky. You will find a lot of different skills. I got all my water sword , windstorm, moonlit snow , and devastation gloves from there. Just have to be persistent. Also wear gloves you are trying to max fam on while you farm. Two birds one stone.

Press Triangle (or is it Square?) on one, my friend.
Press triangle on one and select the second one.
Only helpful if u got both stats scaled equally instead of one being at 99 then in that case the simple remodel is better.

Hey man love the build can you tell me how did you get a plus 9 weapon in new game plus?
combine two of the same + number to make a higher number. So two +2's soul matched = +3. two +3's = +4, etc etc. +10 is the max, but +4 is the highest + number from drops, so the rest you have to soul match upwards. +9 takes 32 +4's to make, and +10 takes 64 +4's...
