I'm 61, I used to watch so many of the black and white on through the color movies and a lot of the actors are gone too soon. Sadly we will never know what could have been had they could still be here. We have also lost a lot of people in the music industry. Life is very unpredictable. I have lost a lot of friends and others that I had known in passing. All you can do is try to be kind to those around you and appreciate the works of others.
We didn't have a tv until I was in 1st grade, then we had gotten a color tv when I was in 6th grade. We were watching The Wizard of OZ and thought that it was all in B+W when all of a sudden the house landed it turned into color. We actually thought that something was wrong with our tv.

Professional entertainment is a very high pressure career. Few people realize just how much stress our favorite entertainers are exposed to. Stress takes its toll on the body and mind. This leads to all sorts of health problems. Also, there appears to be a lot of depression in entertainment. Just look at the number of entertainers displayed on this video who committed suicide. Instead of envying our favorite stars, perhaps we should thank them and respect them for all of the hard work they do to bring a bit of happiness into our lives.
I'm still heartbroken about Jerry Louis. I loved him so much. I even cried when my mum broke the news. I'm glad he can tell his jokes and be funny in a happier place :)

I cant believe Chris Cornell was left off this list. He was a great singer and song writer, and was the front man for Soundgarden, Audioslave, and Temple of the Dog, as well as his fantastic solo career. He committed suicide just before his best friend, Chester Bennington took his own life on Chris Cornell's birthday.
Yeah I was a little disapointed that they didnt mention Chris Cornell but started to assume halfway through this was a tribute to actors and actresses.

Come on guys. You mentioned the guy from Linkin Park but not Chris Cornell. Chris made great music in Soundgarden helping launch the Grunge genre and later made great music with Audioslave and as a solo artist even being commissioned to make the main song for 007 Casino Royale and with Soundgarden made a great song for Avengers Age of Ultron.
