Baker is actually progressing as the years go by and becoming more consistent. A lot of draft picks just fall off the face of the earth after 2 or 3 years, become a backup, or both (Sam darnold, Trey lance, Carson Wentz) good for him. Always liked Baker. He’s got that dog in him. Browns will be kicking themselves in the teeth for that trade.

The Browns are so fucking lame for making him play injured and then kicking him to the curb. First good season they had in like 20 years and they decided a sex pest was more important. What morons.
Agreed. It would be nice to see him with a competent coaching staff again for a full season since Bowles and Canales aren’t cutting it. I wouldn't say the Broncos are killing it but they're definitely improved. The difference seems to be complete ineptitude vs competency with a dash of luck thrown in.
No love for the Wishnowsky punt run makes me sad. Not like he called his own number, ran for 30 yards and juked a defender, only for it to be called back by a penalty.
If it makes you feel any better, I only watched this because I saw the thumbnail with Levis in it, thought he'd talk about that game, then heard "Oh and I guess the Titans came back down 14 with 3 minutes left"
Your thoughts on the Bills-Chiefs game were dead on. Sports media was focused solely on the highlight reel play that didn't count and Patty's whining. The real story was the Bills in a must win situation having yet again go to Arrowhead and find a way to win!
The fact that is a Sean McVay and Sean McDermott and was a Josh McDaniels and Mike McDaniel just tells me the Scriptwriter needs to get more creative on his names. It's like how three of the last four multi-season coaches for the Packers have all been named Mike (Holmgren, Sherman, and McCarthy). The Scriptwriter can write some great games, but is just awful when it comes to names.

As a KC fan, everything said here is spot on. I haven't been this disappointed in the franchise in a long time. All across the board. Disappointed in Patrick above all else, but if anything this was a boiling point that we've been approaching for half the season at least.
The weird thing I remembered when you mentioned Jimmy Graham "breaking physics" and having more Receiving TDs than Receptions is that there is actually a "loophole" in the way the NFL stats are tracked that could actually allow this to happen. For example, Toney's TD that didn´t count after Kelce's lateral would've been a Rec TD for Toney (because it was during a receiving play without the offense loosing the ball) but Toney would have had an additional Rec in his game stats because he caught a lateral, not a forward pass and only forward passes are tracked as receptions. There's also been other instances in games where players have had Rec yards with 0 receptions in games because of laterals after a pass, for instance at the beginning of this season Kyren Williams had a game like that .

Baker is not the best QB, and is not even in the top 10 conversation but my god he is fun to watch. He’s a true football player and plays every game with heart. Dude will take whatever hits necessary.
Great show. Maybe the NFL should make Mahomes watch the last quarter of their game vs. the Jets and tell him to shtfu. He received multiple Christmas gifts to mount a "comeback" and win that game. I am not a Jets Homer. I do not hate the Chiefs. Like the rest of us, I just want to see fair or at least even officiating. I do actually hate the Eagles, but they had some valid points about the flags thrown in the last Superbowl.
I honestly would've given the kirk cousins award to Desmond Ridder, reeled the team to 15 points in the 4th qtr and nearly had the comeback only 4 yards short and threw an efficient 347 yards as well.
I've been disappointed for weeks in my Lions, they're really regressing hard after the bye week. It's fortunate the division isn't good behind us, and we still control our own destiny playing Minnesota twice, because otherwise we'd be in major trouble. The Broncos might actually give us some real trouble on Saturday night and I'm not looking forward to it
There are standing room only seats above each end zone on all 3 levels of Cowboy stadium. They are trying to get right on the rail to get a good view of the game. Hence, running to reserve their spot. But that just means, you have to stand there 2 hours prior to the game and all game. If you move, someone takes your spot and you are all the way in the back.
Sounds to me like if any of them were intelligeny they'd spent the first half indulging in beverages, take their piss early, then move up at halftime so they can see the portion of the game that actually matters instead of running like a maniac just to have your spot taken when you go to the bathroom.
Winners? The Bears, finding themselves only one game out of the playoffs with 4 games left to play. Just goes to show how shitty the NFC is this year lol. I'm here for it though! It's been fun.
Typical Chiefs play: break as many rules as you can by inches, every play, so the Refs call none of them-and let your rule breaking get more egregious as the game progresses, so when they finally call one you can bitch about it because “they never called that in the past”. Andy Reid has achieved everything by breaking rules every snap under the assumption that the refs won’t flag it every snap and ruin the game...
there was a lot of talk about that earlier in the year. If that had been the called that negated the touchdown I would support Mahomes for complaining about it.
Tommy Devito being 8th in passer rating (96.5) yet last in QBR (26.5) is the most Tommy Devito stat ever

Baker is not the best QB, and is not even in the top 10 conversation but my god he is fun to watch. He’s a true football player and plays every game with heart. Dude will take whatever hits necessary.
There's no "might be" about Aiyuk; guy is absolutely the most underrated WR in the league. He's even overshadowed by McCaffrey in San Fran
It was a hard enough week as a Vikings fan and you put in the kick from 98. that hurts 🤣
That’s bold of Patrick Mahomes to be complaining about bad calls when bad calls won them that Super Bowl 🤷🏽♀️
Bad calls made him who he is today.
The best NFL coverage on youtube
Mahomes is so legendarily powerful that he can make everybody complete fans of the NFL referees effortlessly. Congratulations.
I see where his brother gets that personality from.
Honestly I thought the broncos got away with A LOT in that game to the point where I thought they won very very unfairly
I've been disappointed for weeks in my Lions, they're really regressing hard after the bye week. It's fortunate the division isn't good behind us, and we still control our own destiny playing Minnesota twice, because otherwise we'd be in major trouble. The Broncos might actually give us some real trouble on Saturday night and I'm not looking forward to it
on behalf of Tommy Devito, i would like to congraduate Mr Perna on his spot on accentnd would like to invite him to be a part of "The Family"
As a Seahawks fan, I'm looking forward to my "I'm dying Inside" shirt
Best thing about the Tony offsides is that it was also illegal formation with ,I believe, both tackles too far back.
If that had been the called that negated the touchdown I would support Mahomes for complaining about it.
perna, u do a mighty good "wa wa baby" imitation.
Can we talk about how the Commanders are winners being that every other 4 win team won this week?
