Sir Mujhy Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) k liy apply karna hy bachelor k liy to mujhy us k liy USAT ka test dena hy but wo scholarship 15 November k baad announce hoti hen to kiya mujhy yahi USAT ka exam dena hoga ya scholarship k liy apply karny k baad jo up coming USAT hy Feb me wo dena hoga??? Plz guide kar den
