Thanks so much for this helpful video. It did the trick for me. One thing I experienced is that the electrical connector behind the handle would not come out like your video shows. It was getting hung up on the plastic track inside and I had to use a screwdriver to pry it in order for it to come out. I wouldn't have known that it comes out like it does without the help of your post. Thanks again, really helpful!
THANKS! I used your video yesterday to replace the handle on my 2013 Santa Fe Sport...Took my time, was careful when removing the lock cylinder not to drop or lose the screw inside the access panel...snapped out of/into place just as you described here, and it works! NOTE: before I could remove the lock cylinder, there was a chrome cover on it that needed to come off first...pulling the handle away from the door ( like to open the door) allowed access to remove that chrome cover, then it was simply wiggling the lock cylinder with one finger on the set screw through the access panel. Thanks again for taking the time to record this and share. MUCH appreciated! Dealer wanted $160 for the handle and $150 for install...found the handle for $80, saved myself a little cash!

Was trying to replace my right front door lock actuator and was about to set myself on fire in a fit of rage because I couldnt figure out how to get the exterior handle off (which is attached to the housing of the lock actuator for those in my same situation). Got the handle off thanks to you and figured out the rest from there lol.
worked perfectly for a 2011 kia sorento. if you don't see the nut, try looking at different angles. Once parts were in hand, repair took about 5 min. Thanks.
Thank you for the video. I have a 2009 Hyundai Genesis sedan and the driver side rear door handle broke. The rear on my car does not have that access hole. Any instruction on how to remove the rear door trim piece that is beside the handle? Thanks.
Hey I am trying to find the price for repair of my equus 2011 not the handle but the little piece before it...I was thinking of doing it myself but yeah.....I am not as good as your video...what would be the ball park price-again the handle is not damaged just that little piece before it...the handle in your video looks just like the handle in my car...Great video and thanks for it!!
I was taking off the whole door panel off and couldn't get 2 bolts seen this video and I feel dumb did all that when I could have just done this simple 2-3 step😩
What if the only part that appears broke is the back of the small silver piece that's to the right of the handle? Will I need to replace the handle and the side piece?
I am not sure I know what you are asking for. What antenna or sensor? This video is on replacing the door handle. If you want to know where to get the door handle, you have just about two choices. From a parts supplier or the dealer. Doorman makes replacement handles but they come in primer and have to be painted. The dealer can sell you one already painted based on your VIN number. However, the dealer is about $300. Contact me through my website rodsshop.org/contact/ with your year make and model and describe to me what you are actually looking for. Then I can research it and get you an answer.
could you please tell me if there is a way to test if a Input/output sensor (Sonata V6 07) can be tested to see if it is not defected. For example: on Clothes dryer one can tested the parts with a Voltmeter by using the R mode. If there's a certain reading on the resistance, the parts is bad. I would appreciate your help. The thing is that I have already purchased/installed both sensors and the car still reading {once a diagnostic computer is placed} that is not getting signal from the sensors.
The input n output speed sensors. The diagnosis says it is not getting signal from either. I bought them new: one on Advanced auto parts n the other online. The error codes: P0722. P0735. P0717 Thanks for your reply.

Thanks I used a paper towel in the socket to apply enough pressure to keep the bolt in the socket. Worked perfectly
