Underrated comment
It's amazing to me to think about how these guys have the option to play thousands of games which range from action to adventure to shooter. And yet, here they are playing golf. Again. For the nth time.
Not that I'm complaining, it's still good content. It's just funny to think about.
Well the problem is finding ones that they can ALL play. A game needs to have atleast 4 player co-op/versus for them to play it, which isn't too easy to find that's 1. Good and 2. They haven't already played.

The main motivation I've observed that inclines them to play the things they do - particularly more than once - is views. They watch how the views trend intently. For whatever reason this Golf It! game has been getting around the high water mark in views since their first video in it, so they keep playing it. It annoys me though because it's sub par to any other mini golf game they have played, where each player takes a turn and everyone else gets to observe and comment on it in a far less chaotic manner for the audience.
bus driver Oh fuck that was a nightmare. And to think it wasn't even as bad as their Warcraft attempt. I felt so bad for Jack, he was so excited to try and get them into it before Gavin just derailed everything.
+Nikola Wiche The funny part about their strategy is that it ends up measuring how much people wanna see them play a certain genre because they'll get mad rather than the amount of further exposure they'll get through that specific game. They should still be trying to expand, so I think someone made an error in calculation.

It's possible that the bats have individual hitboxes, that would mess things up
Wait, wait, how does that make sense? Shouldn't the bats not have collision since they're particle effects? They're just textures, they're not meshes. How would they collide with stuff?

I know in Golf It! and other golf games you can press a button that makes your ball glow making it easier to see. The button is usually "L" or another button. Just check the controls.

Personally I believe that when you make a golf game, the FIRST thing you need to do is make the ball physics work correctly. If they don't, then it's barely alpha and just shows that the developers are just unable to create proper physics for their golf game. Doubt it'll change in the full release, if it ever gets released.
