Hans Zimmeer is a legend. This track is one of the masterpieces in music history. Every time i listen to this gets me goosebumps. This track is medicine, a remedy. What a piece of track. Mind-blowing.
I first fell in love with the music of Hans Zimmer in the movie Pirates of the Caribbean. Almost 13 years ago. I was supposed to go to a concert in Prague in 2021, and was increasingly horrified that I could not because of Corona. I bought tickets in November 2019, it would have been my personal tragedy, but the concert was postponed. Now I live for the moment to see and hear the masterpieces of Maestro Zimmer live. This is more than music. For 13 years I have been listening to the "Marry Me" suite again and again, it seems as if I know every note in it, but every time the music touches me. I do not have enough words to describe the feelings that Maestro's music evokes. Sometimes it’s pure inspiration, sometimes it’s sincere pain, sometimes it’s dizzy remembrance. These are always emotions. I know that I will cry in a concert hall, I know that the show will be the most incredible event in my life. I know that afterwards, every time I would listen to music again and again, I will suffocate from feelings and emotions, no matter how many years have passed. Isn't this pure magic?
We were lucky enough to see him live at the end of 2019 in London and it me and my partner agree it was the best night of our lives. The build up to it was amazing enough, as we arrived in to the train station the train company had put up a notice board and referenced some of his most famous songs on it, it was very clever, and we looked around and saw all the other people who were heading to the venue. We got to the venue early and saw it slowly get busier and busier until eventually it was packed. Then finally, the lights went out and the Dark Knight suite played, the drums literally vibrated around the whole venue, it was amazing. We had a surprise when Kung Fu Panda played, my partner forgot it was coming and shed a tear. The standouts for me were the Lion King suite and Gladiator. We enjoyed it so much we have watched his concerts online since then, and have another concert planned, whenever they start again. Hope you enjoy your experience!

Inception was one of the greatest movies ever made
This song contains more emotions than a dictionary does words. Those few minutes tell the story of a whole life, from birth til the last breath. This song is the reason I bought a piano, fulfilling my childhood-dream of learning to play during Covid. Dankeschön for that masterpiece. I reach my hands to you, this song makes us one, with or without tears.
PS: When it‘s time for me to go, I‘ll listen to ‚Now we are free.‘
