You need to understand that the Indian subcontinent, with its vast populace surpassing the 1 billion mark, stands as a remarkable testament to diversity with its mosaic of 1,652 distinct languages. This land, adorned with a myriad of cultures and traditions, epitomizes the rich tapestry of diversity that defines our nation. From the lofty snow-covered peaks of the Himalayas in the North to the sun-drenched shores of the South, from the bustling thoroughfares of urban centers to the tranquil backwaters of rural landscapes, every facet of this expansive country proudly unveils a distinctive cultural identity. The cultural diversity of India is not merely a source of pride but also the dynamic impetus propelling our advancement and shaping our collective character and therefore you can see Budhist Temple, Pagodas, Monastery everywhere in India as well as Churches, as well as Mosques and Hindu Temples. Moreover, the heavy Military, yes those areas needs those, if you have neighbours like Pakistan and China, you need to have military on those region and beyond, so as they will not occupy the same like PoK and Tibet. Please give opinion atleast after going though Wikipedia. 😊😊😊
I didn’t say you don’t need militaries in Ladakh, I just said that I didn’t expect to see them and that they are ugly and don’t match the beauty of the landscape.
Guys, this video is a western view on Ladakh, it’s made for people like me who’ll come to Ladakh for the first time and want to know what to see there.
For me it was first time visiting India and Ladakh, so I just said what were my expectations and what is reality (completely different from what I thought but it’s a stunning beauty, it’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen and I’ve travelled a lot, so you should be happy with it)
That’s all. It’s not an educational content, I just give my opinion on what I see with my western eyes.
Peace ✌🏽
@@IKIYOGA Yep! Western people don't face threats in their border like we have, therefore I have said read Wikipedia. Anyhow, please go through all of India, feel the essences of India's diverse culture, its arts, its people, its religion, its cuisine, its colour, its language, its geography, its weather, etc. which will be different from area to area. Enjoy traveling in India, sorry for being so unpleasant. 🙏🕊
Ladakh borders Chinese Occupied Tibet. We Indians don't actually have a border with China. Our Neighbours are Tibetans, who have been forced out of their land Tibet by the Chinese occupiers. Also, Buddhism originated in India and belongs to India. Just like the three other Indian religions. Hinduism, Sikhism and Jainism.
my Tibetan friends from Ladakh say that it borders with China, that’s why I said what I said 🖖🏽
🙏
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annexation_of_Tibet_by_the_People%27s_Republic_of_China
@@IKIYOGA yes technically it does border with china because china occupied tibet now, but we refuse to say it because that would mean we are justifying chinas oppression of tibetans when they attacked it and captured it, many people were ra***ed and killed and many managed to flee from tibet to India along with the current dalai lama , you can ask the tibetan brothers and sisters whether I am right or wrong
We shd start using map showing Chinese occupied Tibet

How did you do a photo of Shanti Stupa at night....I thought it closed earlier
we jumped over the fence, my tibetan friends told me it's ok, they do it sometimes 😅
Not just Leh city explore Ladakhi Village. It will be more adventurous.
I know that Ladakh is great, but as I said, I came for the wedding so I didn’t have much time for other activities :)
Buddha lived in India and taught his philosophy here. To say Ladakh is Buddhist and so nothing like India shows that you need reeducation. Understanding India is beyond mist peoples.
Mmm I'm not sure if I got right what you wanted to say. I'm telling in the video that Ladakh is a place full of Buddhist monasteries. That makes it doesn't look like India at all to me.
So imagine you were to ask me how India looks like, I would say Taj Mahal, Rishikesh, Varanasi, guru. sari. These are my associations.
And Ladakh reminds me more of Buthan and Nepal because of its architecture and landscape. This is not good or bad, this is just my opinion :)
@@IKIYOGA What I would like to say that Buddhism was born in India. If you look at Buddhist scriptures the influence from yoga, etc is evident. How can anything Buddhist not be part of Indian culture. Also hindus consider Buddha to be a reincarnation of Vishnu and so an avatar like Krishna.
@@prabirchaudhuri3026 I got you! I didn't meant to offend your culture, it was just my observation of the place. That's actually very interesting about hindu's perspective on Buddha.
@@IKIYOGA Pardon me respectfully! But what he was trying to say was Buddhism is common in India and Buddhist temples, they are scattered all across India from South to North but as you said majority of Indians nowadays are Hindus.
@@biswaranjanmallick7407 thank you for clarification 🙂
Plz don't say this does not look like India atall. It's you who knew verry little about India. India has been the same for years.
Does Ladakh look more like Katmandu or New Delhi?
JESUS CHRIST IS GOD ❤
No kidding? I thought he was a carpenter. What makes him a god?
R u joking?😜
very beautifully explained. btw refugees from china occupied tibet are still coming in india bcoz they are not able to practice their religion freely in china and get bullied and discriminated by local chinese . 😢
thank you :)
