    You don't even need to be disabled like Mumble, he was straight up making moves on a perfectly healthy penguin's courting partner if memory serves.
    Penguins do *not* take that lying down.

      @@_ranko Yeah, if it was properly applied like an artificial natural selection, with say a computer program, which is therefore immune to human emotional and opinionated bias, *everybody* would be subject to it.
      Thank fuck it doesn't though, because we're not exactly at Cyberpunk levels of tech just yet.

      @@Acesahn Literally all of documented history proves the exact opposite...
      Anatomy is destiny, control the foundation of one's being and you control the future. Feral wolf species to domestic dog breeds is one of the best examples of artificial selection with next to zero technological development necessary. A multi-millennium long eugenics experiment with some of the most outstanding and groundbreaking results that our species has EVER seen.
      I get not wanting to come off as problematic to the current social paradigm, but deceptive and subversive argumentative tactics are not how you keep people in line. Once they discover truth through real history and science, they will totally abandon this false line of thinking. Like how we have abandoned so many philosophies and ideologies throughout history already.
      Sorry for the word salad, just can't stand this new age "progressive" narrative that we are all watching catastrophically fail in real time continue to be paraded with such ignorant confidence.

    The alt Lumi ending for happy feet is just Mumble getting exiled out on an iceberg into the ocean to die alone.
    Its also the rare moment when someone notices the contradiction of our society against reality.
    We're all taught that you cant judge people by the way they look, or different flaws, but nature very specifically rejects the notion.

      Counter-argument: If Mumble is able to survive all of nature's "skill checks" (as in able to survive all the obstacles to his limitations and the other penguin's strengths) then Mumble is ideal to pass his genes on.
      Natural selection doesnt care about how you win the game, it just wants to know of you won or you lost.
      Maybe his charisma, intelligence and ability to dance its superior for survival to whatever the other penguins have to offer.

    • @Archedgar
      @Archedgar 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ero-senninsama1734 ..... that's not even close to what natural selection is or how it works. Good job proving my point.
      Natural selection is not about 'passing on your genes', it's about survival of the fittest, which is derived not from charisma, intelligence or strength but those that are most adaptable to the stimulus of the environment. Ignorance is not a crime but maybe it should be.

    • @ero-senninsama1734
      @ero-senninsama1734 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Archedgar it is about passing your genes. If you are not able to procreate, despite being a splendid specimen, you failed.
      Intelligence and social skills are very much important to survival. Humans are the best example of that. Humans are physically weaker than many, many, MANY species of planet Earth, yet, with out opposable thumbs intelligence, we are able to protect ourselves from the elements, win various battle and dominate the food chain.
      There isnt an archetype of what should be the "fittest" species. You are the fittest if you survive against the rest and pass your genes.
      We have the capability to erase 80-90% of all species on Earth right now, in about 10 to 15 minutes with Nuclear Bombs.
      We might not be able to survive that, but there are many bugs that will survive that, and they would be the fittest, able to pass on their genes.
      There were many kinds of hominids, or human-like creatures, but WE are the ones that survived.
