Wish we got more of Rasmus and Don Juan in HM2 Wrong number. It would've been great to see him insult either Brown or even Manny Pardo for their deplorable actions. Or Don Juan try and convince the fans to not get themselves killed.
@@Koer4607 The problem is though, for some reason Richard was the only character that didn't get locked away within Jacket's psyche. And considering he was the most popular of all the 3 entities, it's more so that he was just better to have overall.
Don Juan was supposed to represent Jacket's girlfriend and Rasmus represented russians Jacket killed. So it wouldn't make sense for others to meet them.

Throughout the entire story of Hotline Miami 1 it was only Jacket who got to interact with those three, only in the sequel is it shown that Richard can talk with others and pretty much be the bad omen for majority of the characters. I'm simply saying that it would've been beneficial to use these other characters they had as well, because if the devs were willing to somewhat change the way Richard worked compared to the first story. Then they could do the same for Don and Rasmus.
