That's the only 2 things I can think of that have enough heat to melt rock. With water, it takes thousands of years to wear rocks down without equipment and tools. There are places where the melting is more visible, but it seems to be worldwide, so the Sun would be the most probable. There are places where water damage causes melting, but the difference is the glass coating on the burned structures. There were oceans where there once was land and there is land where there were once oceans. Blows my mind. You have some of the best shots I have ever seen. Wonderful pictures.

Amazing pictures! As a rock climber we were always looking for the next climbing face, crack & chimney. In Zimbabwe the rock is igneous hard granite. In a time gone by magma tried to find a way up through to the surface & caused bulges underground. A few more years went by & the soil was eroded off the now cooled lava bulges leaving a stunning rock climbers paradise! Or so we are lead to believe. Nowhere in Africa have I seen melted rocks as shown in the video. The first part of the video in Petra area which is sandstone which is comparatively soft. I visited this magnificent area. It is a site for sore eyes. Yet I never saw anything like this. I wish the areas would have been placed on sites of the pictures shown. Monument Valley, shown, I think was a mining excavation area of long time ago age?

No. They were already gone. Nothing is left of them except for the living rocks in Romania. But thats like mould compared to a redwood.
This is petrified material from the flood. Carved by the post flood tribes, talked about in the old testament, in my opinion.
