Those canvas prints with snow scene and house and rabbit are Thomas Kincade paintings. They are worth a lot of money. Esp since he is no longer alive! ❤😂🎉❤
You will forever remember the day with Nana and Mom. Knowing they were with you will touch your heart every time you see the mirror, framed art and even the cute pots. ❤
Neiman seems like a really genuinely nice guy. Like you can tell how he talks with the random people that he is a kind person!
Wow, garage sales are a great thing) It's very convenient to have a special date for them when people can come, see, compare, buy something they want and immediately take to their homes. In my country, the so-called 'boutiques' are very popular. It means that people just put their old furniture near trash containers next no their block of flats, some other people post photos on social networks, and DIYers come, take, flip and then show the result, and everybody really admires. If a person says "I found it in a boutique', it means 'on the landfill' 😄😄😄 I found some things for the flat I rent in such a boutique 😂, and now I'm busy repairing them.

I think your mirror might have come from a store called Blattners in Columbia, Missouri! And the arabic looking paintings might be of Morroco which was a popular tourist place to go many decades ago!
Hi Lauren. I love your channel and I’m subscribed for sooo long. I never commented on your videos because I usually I watch it on my tv and I can’t comment. But, now when you showed these two paintings in about 25.25 timeline my heart skipped a beat. This looks like Old Town of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. And the one with bridge is Old Bridge in Mostar that UNESCO protected heritage, real jewel of Ottoman architecture, designed by architect Hayrudin, student of Mimar Sinan, one of the greatest architects in history. I hope now you can see these paintings having much more value than 25c 😊

Such a sweet video of Mom and Nana. You will cherish the memories. (Pretty sure Nana scored a spider plant baby. The large plants send off long shoots, with babies on the ends, which you can remove, and start a new plant.) xo

Fun sale. You are very disciplined in your shopping. 🤭. I would have been grabbing a lot more of those bargains.
Make sure you give your used pots a good wash before you repot your 🌱 plants, it’s always a good idea to wash them or clean them with a bleach solution. It protects your plants from any leftover bacteria.

interesting that you think I am not wearing underwear...not sure how you would even know that or why you would assume that. Not sure why you ended up focusing on that aspect of the video instead of what it was truly about.

Painting on velvet was originally practiced by early priests, who perfected techniques for depicting religious ceremonies and subjects. However, thanks to Edgar Leetag, who painted many velvet paintings in Tahiti and sold them to American sailors, the art form resurfaced and grew in popularity. Actually, it was done in the 50s and late 60s into the 70s is was very popular. Tons of Elvis pictures on velvet 😅

It was a three generation garage sale trip! Just a suggestion.....hang the mirror lengthwise. Once cleaned up it will be beautiful.

5:00 I've bought tons of canvases; spray painted them white and then painted over them. Or made collages. Those Christmas ones, you could put ornaments, buttons, spray adhesive and sprinkle iridescent glitter on them, add a red bow, whatever. Or do two of them with similar Christmas themes and hang one above the other with a wide red ribbon between the two and a split ribbon at the bottom or a little Christmas ornament hanging from the bottom. ETC. Collage is my "thang."

It’s easy to replace the backing on the mirror. Craft paper, glue and a damp sponge.

@Amy Bucher I know because we have driven that route every year for the past 23 years for a family party on Cayuga Lake. The other upside to it ,if you still have energy left from "yard saling" MacKenzie Childs is right there too! Aurora and the surrounding area is stunning as well! Finger Lakes Boat Rental has a large fleet of boats and accessories to rent, if your looking to spend a few days on the water !
I think the Velvet pictures are from 60's and 70's

I have the same mirror, same brand. I have 3 of them, they are from the 1960s not that old(definitely not 100 yrs old) but still cool! Good find!❤

The pair of paintings on Velvet are more than likely mid 1960’s, fancy Paint by numbers kits.

Weird comment, I realize. But the first yard sale had sheets hanging up to block off stuff that wasn’t for sale. I have the pillowcases to those sheets, I picked them from a home of a friend who passed l Iove them and would love to have those sheets!!

I picked up one of those snowman winter pictures for $1 and sold it for $12.45 at out antique booth. It went fast.
OMGoodness! It looks and sounds like that Gorgeous Mirror is a Beveled Leaded Glass Mirror from the Art Deco Period. It is hard to tell but the frame looks hand carved. I don’t know the maker. I don’t recommend that you hang it in the Air BNB or the Rental without FIRST researching its value first. Leaded Glass is far superior to tempered glass. Tempered glass breaks like regular glass. BUT leaded glass is the best. Congrats on an epic haul! B~}

The reason I ask is because I'm from Missouri, and when you said there were so many right in a row I thought, no they didn't go to the 100 mile yard sale, did they. Cause if you had then you were really close to where we live. If you can remember any of the towns let me know.

yes they are, i left them a comment above that I would look these up, since he has now passed away even his prints on canvas can go for several thousand.

I'm afraid those Kinkade prints are mass reproduction copies, not original. Similar to a poster of a famous painting

Your old paintings just might be liquid embroidery from the 80's. Ask around.
