This is a very unrealistic video sorry to say. She has no experience and for sure her husband had shadowed her to find a job, even then you need to have a resume with experience until you manage with a fake one. Just coffee meetings and bridging course(Bridging itself means that you are experienced in the industry and are finding ways to get in) doesn't work in Canada if you don't have any experience in that particular field, for that matter nobody will come to meeting at all. People with lot of experience most of the times have to do some course to establish themselves here. In Canada this is the only industry where you will find more men than women else everywhere domination of women is common. At the end i just want to say its not a cake walk to find a job in Canada. Please make videos which show the real struggle because to create and build a mind to adjustment and face hard ships here. These are the some facts. No hard feelings please. Thank you
Hi Sanjay, Thank you so much for being honest. I'd totally agree with you on lot that you mentioned, I personally emphasis on the fact that it's not an easy game especially during this COVID & you can see it in my other videos. The few takeaways from this was that Networking which a lot of newcomers ignore can definitely pay you off in landing a full time job. Having that type of communication & confidence serve as a gold (now bitcoin). And be dedicated & have patience which again lot of us don't have can help you get your dream role. Thanks once again for sharing this & I'll pin it to so it stays on top for people to read the other side of the story. Take care:)
Hey Sanjay, glad to see your thoughts. I echo what Sagar said on how freshers ignore Networking and fail to get a job irrespective of having certifications and doing a program. I have personally seen N number of people who have certifications and failed to get a job because they failed to understand Networking 101.The purpose of this video is to give hope to people that when you do right things, background doesn’t matter!’ In NA,your secret for success is WHO DO YOU KNOW and NOT WHAT YOU KNOW! People will sit down for a coffee chat based on how you approach them :)

Hey, you don't need to study Supply Chain to get a job in supply chain. It's not like you want to become a nurse, a doctor or an accountant in Canada or something. Supply chain along with Marketing and IT are unregulated industry in many first-world countries, so entry-level jobs mostly require transferrable skills and decent english.
