Dear Glenn, could you detail the idea of another world order especially in contrast to Mearsheimer's theory of the Offensive Neo-Realism which he thinks describes the only possible world order on our world always producing one leading Hegemon who will try to take care to stay on top of the food chain by any means. Some call it highlander principle. This hierarchic world order is not what china communicates when it talks about a multipolar world order based on cooperation at eye level. So the questions rise: 1. Is the old China with it's Silk Road a good example for such a world order at least for a reasonable time span? 3.
