I've just found your channel, and I've subscribed. About your pasta ... for protein content & vegetarian add chick peas (awesome), soak those as well overnight. For protein powder, get Sustagen (non flavoured), it's an awesome additive and if you have no problem with milk, then use a powdered milk option. I cook for a living :D I will be getting a moho next year (is on order) and I plan to travel around the country. I won't be 4x4'ing though. I was interested to know why you let your tire pressure down - was it because of sand, fear of getting bogged? Also do I need a 4x4 in order to see/camp where you did? Still learning all this stuff.
