I can understand on Keith wanting to make his money, but greed can get you into trouble by rushing people and putting safety on the back burners

KEITH: Slow is Smooth. Smooth is fast. Telling people to double time on a window repaid does nothing but stress them out. They already KNOW the time crunch.

Oh wow. Keith in full retail manager mode. Expecting his crew to work at normal pace despite being a man down, barking orders at them, faster faster faster, then calling a guy to come to work when he should be spending time with his family. I've seen this a thousand times in a supermarket, let alone on a crab boat!

Keith seem like the type that would hold it against that deck hand if he would've said no which why he probably felt pressure to reluctantly say yes. I wonder if Keith gave him anything extra for getting him out of a bind.

Why was the window a priority in calm seas? Should’ve finished setting, while calling the 5th deckhand to meet the boat at the dock after all the pots are off…I guess floating the deckhand on a raft makes for better drama 😂
