Meanwhile these freaks of nature at other schools are starting to pitch close to 70mph at 12-13 years old and I just gave up because I couldn't get the ball past anyone anymore.

I don't even watch sports, but the sound of a baseball cracking off a bat and the sound of swish in basketball are so satisfying.

To know those sounds, you have had to watch sports. Unless you close your eyes. LOL

Man I wish I had this information when I was playing ball. This is pure gold. I study golf swings. The only Golf Pro to ever do something similar to what you teach with the hands is Mike Austin. He still holds the record for the longest drive in a PGA tournament (515 yards). What's even more impressive is that he was 64 years old and using inferior technology (1974 golf ball and wood driver). I thought you could use this information. I have some clips of Austin on my channel if you want to make a vid but most of my Austin clips aren't posted yet. Cheers 🍻

He said he has his foot screwed down so i'm not impressed. Easier to leverage with your foot held in place by the screws. I tried with my Milwaukee impact driver. Screwed the shoe down good. I was hitting 500 yards.
