Very informative and exactly what i was looking for. Quick question - My blue&me module has stopped working and unfortunately is now draining the battery (my aux connector still works). Out of interest was your aux connection working after you had removed the blue&me module?
Hi, yes the aux still works. My B&M never worked, so I removed it and did a proxy alignment to get rid of the "flashing mileage". Then installed this device. If you leave it in it will keep draining your battery. Good luck.
Thanks for the video. So I guess once you connect your phone to the device's Bluetooth you won't be connected to Blue&Me anymore. In that case what happens if you receive a phone call? I guess you could hear the caller through the car speakers but what about them hearing you?
I have the same car, Giulietta QV 2011 but with another radio not like what you have, i have with display butvthe original. I can’t found any Bluetooth adapter for my radio. Any help?
The annoying thing is the car already has Bluetooth connectivity for blue & me, should be just a software change to make it work for music? Maybe there is a phone app that could do it? BTW my cd player is broken since new pretty much, so might buy a new cd drive and do this at the same time.. thanks for the video very helpful to see the clear steps.
Hey! I have such a device for my 159. It works great, however, when my revs increase it is like the car starts whistling. While it does not botter me while driving through town, it does when cruising at high way speeds using cruise control as then it is a constant beep. This does not happen using regular radio or with the radio off so it has to be this adapter. Do you know a fix for this?
Thank you for your video. I didn’t know about it before. I managed to find a very similar transmitter even tho not branded “blue music”, I have plugged it in and my phone recognize it straight away. However when I set the head unit to “media” it shows a message “no source available”, do you have idea why it’s happening?
Hi, I know that there are a lot of these "bluetooth" modules that simply don't work with the alfa, hence why I did this video as this exact model is confirmed as working by many people who have installed one.
Hey guys , i know it's been a while since this topic launched but help a fellow alfa romeo owner out please, If i connect this device and pair with bluetooth android, will i be able to stream music from TH-cam app from my phone ? Thanks.
Hi. I have a 2013 Giulietta. It has no Blue&Me, no USB, no 3.5mm input and no bluetooth. My questione is, wll this adapter work? I hear some giuliettas have a one piece connector, not a blue one attached to the grey one, just one piece.
I'm not sure I can test that as I have removed my blue & me unit, which you would normally use for that. I believe this is just for streaming music, but I will check for you.
Hi, did you manage to check? I’ve been using it fircacfew months and works great for music but I don’t know jow to use it for calls. It would be great to figure it out. My Dębice had a microphone as part of the set
I've just had a look and I purchased mine from amazon.de (Germany) here's the link.; www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B07CJKY1MR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Thanks im gonna need to do this on mine. I only have Blue & me and USB (no aux output unfortunately, but it should work i imagine?
Simple and straightforward. It's working. Thank you
Nice one.

@@gabychis2879 Yes, just work like a normal bluetooth

Not sure it supports phone calls. Sorry I no longer have my alfa so I can't check.
Nice video, mine just stop working, can u tell why ? Yesterday I played music having fun, next day can’t find the device on the Bluetooth

The B&M are prone to failing and are very expensive to replace, this gadget is cheap and does the job. Does anyone still use CD's ?

Sounds like interference from the engine you used to get on some car radio's. You can buy a Noise Suppressor that will probably help.
