Prince - 100 MPH (12” Mix)

100 MPH is the third song on Mazarati’s first album Mazarati, and was written and largely performed by Prince.
Basic tracking took place in late June 1984 at Flying Cloud Drive Warehouse in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The initial tracking was only the basic instrumentation, with more added in a follow-up session, before Sir Casey Terry’s vocals were dubbed on in April 1985.
The version here combines both versions of the track, creating a clean "definitive" 12'' Mix with Prince's vocals, that does not have reverb and/or an abundance of compression applied to it.
