I got the notification for this while I was camping. I had to wait three fucking days to see it. Worth every minute. That song was so damn legit it's not even funny.
Its always a great day discovering a new band. Has a bittersweet feel to it though when you realize you haven't been listening to them earlier, but a great find and a great day nonetheless. You guys are awesomr.

Seeing them in Anaheim tomorrow night! I'm so amazed by how tight and mature their songwriting is on this album. I'll be honest, back in the day, I wasn't a huge fan and only listened to them because my dad was really into them. But I revisited some of their albums when I learned they'd be reuniting, mainly Stormchaser and This Is Exile, and I've discovered a newfound love for their raw, stripped down approach to melodic death with a punk edge. I feel like I didn't fully appreciate them when I first saw them 11 years ago, but I'm glad to be able to see them again and really fuck some shit up at the Chain Reaction with their shit blasting. Light This City FTW!!

LTC popped into my head for the first time in a long time while listening to something totally unrelated. Imagine my surprise to see they have a new album coming out! Awesome stuff!
It has a humbucker on the bridge hahaha but I get you, I was stoked with some friends playing djent/metalcore on a Telecaster hahahahahahahah (and I couldn't see it was an LTD just from the clip, I saw it on their instagram hahahaha)
The riff at 3:12 up to 3:33, to my ears I don't understand why they didn't open with that, then go into the riff at 1:47 up to 2:15 and repeat the latter part for longer and add double kick drums. That's what I'da done but hey I'm not in an awesome band. Loved those two parts mostly
