    The whole point of the sheave is that it will equalise the force pulling on each end of the wire rope. Are you calculating different forces through opposite ends of the same wire rope going through the same sheave due to the sling angle being different on each side??? Or are you predicting the angle of the rope on each side of the sheave and therefore sheave position due to the force calculation? I hope you understand what I am trying to ask lol.

    May you help with detail how you calculated the length of slings based on the weight of the load

      calculate sling length based on 75 degree angle (at minimum). sling angle shall be measured with respect to the face of precast panel. Refer to precast concrete design handbook by PCI.

    Just wanted to say that your video had some really good content. I learned a lot and gained some valuable knowledge from it. 👍
    I do have a few questions though. I'm interested in learning more about the installation process from the very beginning. Could you provide some insights on the basics? Additionally, I'd love to know more about the drawings of erection, how they look, and how to study them in order to successfully implement them on the ground during installation.

      Thanks for the compliments.
      For that you need the logistics plan, rigging plan, and then the method statement for the installation. its a big process. you need to ensure the safety parameters of each activity.

    Hi I need help regarding foundation
    We need to lift foundation block
    There is no eye to put belt so we need to use some metal rod to kept in holo part of precast
    Is this rod need to certified if you have any specific standard for lifting rod kindly share

      you have make analysis first for rod. compute shear and tension forces based on placement of rod. using double shear force, dia of rod (mild steel) shall be calculated for specified factor of safety. third party certificate is also needed before use of any lifting item at site.
