Nope..left last year. I'm annoyed I didn't hold out longer. I hear they're offering a pretty sweet buy out! Starting $23,000 for 5+ years and up to $40,000 for 20 years!!!
shesh...you have to be so technical! We could also say jingle. That's more specific than signature. But what would I know, I only worked there for 10+ years! :)
Cindy did noon for years & removing her was a HUGE mistake. Noon was their bread & butter. Price Is Right brought in big bucks & viewers were used to seeing Cindy. Now Bob Barker AND Cindy are gone, I wonder if the profits are gone too! We had so many different anchors for the 11, so changing Jim/Dana isn't a shocker-though I liked them. The problem wasn't the talent, it's keeping something people are familar with. Like Chuck and Sue at NBC. They've been a stable at NBC for over 20 years!
No, Cindy was doing the noon for a long time-before I got there. I think since the mid 90's? I can be totally wrong. Dianne came by around 2000 I think? How did you know about Dianne? That's like inside news stuff! :)
This aired right after The Price is Right.
And still does!
@@ShaqC Facts.
I miss this opening theme for CBS 2 News.
So do I. Who did the CBS 2 news music from 2003?
@@CraigMcfly1985 John Hegner, it's called News In Focus.
@@ShaqC Thx
I didn’t know that KCBS-TV Los Angeles was the 1st TV Station to use this theme called “News in Focus” by John Hegner.
That was after a Blackout in 2003.
I was so happy when they brought this old theme from the 80's back!
Actually, that was just a remix of that theme song. That was from John Hegner's News in Focus from KCBS-TV (1997-2003).
