    NOOOO I didn't know I would be so sad after finishing this. I set the intention to trust the universe throughout this challenge and I didn't even realize how much has changed in my life while during these two weeks. Im very grateful and happy about the ending of this challenge and where I stand physically and mentally, thank you Tana!

    I don't know how this was calming, rather quite strong vinyasa practise, but thank you for this challange! Good 14 days of yoga! :)

    I finally finished the challenge! I didn't start until October 8, but then did the 14 day challenge over a 22 day period. 14 out of 22 days is the most frequent I've ever practiced yoga mixed in with my normal workout routines and I really enjoyed it. These practices are just right -- not too hard or too easy, not too fast or too slow, and not too long or too short. This has quickly become my favorite yoga channel!!

    Another great one. We loved this flow - it was different and challenged our strength to a certain point. We love the creativity you put into this challenge, Tana, and we have successfully completed all 14 routines! We feel looser and ready and for the next one! Kudos to you for creating these flows!

    I think this was my favorite practice I have ever done. So much that I might do it through once more. This felt super good on my muscles because I resistance train frequently. Just exactly what I needed after a long day of studying/sitting. Thank you Tana!

    ❤ finally got to it; this was a beautiful flow. it was probably another one of my favorites, but then so many you create are.
    This was so much more than just a 14 day challenge: I think for me, this was definitely a learning process, a challenge to learn how to listen to my breath and my body. it was so much fun and so eye opening…

    Thank you Tana, this was a really refreshing and energising practice. The entire challenge was challenging for sure😄 but definitely fun and rewarding. I hadn't worked out for months prior to this and so it was just the right jump-start back into flow, I feel stronger and more grounded, looking forward to maintaining a daily practice with you 💖💖💖

    I was so confused in this flow, but it was fun. Were you doing each side twice in a row, and then the other twice in a row, and then repeating?

      yes exactly - twice in a row with brain exercises going to the back of the mat as well - it's one of the things I love most about Tana's flows xx

    Hi Tana!
    Thank you so much for the videos. I specially like your soothing voice. It makes me wanna come to the mat 😅
    I have a question that no one could answer for long now. Do you know why one would start yawning intensely as soon as starting yoga. I go through few tissues for my runny nose and tears caused by yawning excessively during yoga. It started couple of years back. I never had this problem before then. It’s strange.

      Hey chimeg! Glad you’re enjoying thanks for practicing with me ☺️ I couldn’t say exactly why this is happening- yawing is an involuntary mechanism that can increase your 02 uptake by slowing your breath down / making you more aware of possibly shallow breathing. But it’s impossible for me to say for sure you might just be really tired and need more sleep! :)

    Tana do you write your sequence before you practice it or you just move how you feel on that day?
    I teach also here in California; every time I planned my sequence I end up dropping it because my students are mostly over 50s and most of them cannot move with one breath at a time. So I give them modifications and at the same time show the challenging pose . Any tips that you can share would be greatly appreciated.
