I cant believe the good price. I am retired Navy so I am on a fixed income, but my home just doubled in price so nows the time to sell in my mind, I just have far too many questions but I would so rock this and just live aboard her. The range and how she looks is amazing!

you sh pole have dwelled on some of the important upgrades the owner has made on this Vessel like the decks and even the added inside Station seating most Marine traders dont have that seating and still have the leaky teak decking that causes soft spots on the deacks this boat looked like it was fiberglass down over which is the way to go imo on a Marine trader also being a older guy thats been a boater since 1978 when i see paper charts on board i feel it usually means a long time boater that tends to keep things in better shape than others ? thats just my thought and experience in general boating ive owned and operate ted 16 or 17 boats of all sizes and types and i too have done extended cruising throughout the Carribean and the Bahamas as i did grow up in South Florida that got me hooked on boating at a young age and i was a Certified Scuba Diver at 17 years of age with more than 250 logged dives i believe Compressor was the word you were looking for in reference of the Scuba tanks that is a nice upgrade to have on any extended cruising boat aa that can be used to make new freinds and / or as a Bartering tool with other boaters out there
Not a bad tour considering the equipment. Nice looking old boat. Probably over priced for it's age, and lack of electronics. Like you said, a lot of sentimental "value" that people want to add to the price. Thanks for not having cheesy music or jumping around the boat and leaving the viewer disoriented.
Please do not use TH-cam's image stabilization feature when uploading videos. It distorts the images terribly in certain situations and lends a feeling of being unpleasantly drunk when watching.
