I think they got a lot of buzz when they debuted but they should've switched their sound up sooner. Their first 2-3 releases sounded similar and a lot of people lost interest :/ I hope they do become popular because they're all so talented.
they're popular internationally so that's why they can do world tours, but they arent that popular domestically/in korea, so its hard to get music show wins, etc.
Andrea Y they have all the potential like even koreans like their early releases despite them being a co-ed group but the issue is that their company keeps sending them abroad to perform and barely promotes them in korea. international interaction is good too but a domestic fan base is crucial

them performing on a korean music show really shows off the fact that they're so experienced with concerts. that stage presence, the interaction with the audience, the fact that they were comfortable enough to make little changes to the performance *chef's kiss*
I love how they aren’t always in sync cuz that isn’t their style of dance, they all have their own individuality to their dance which makes it more entertaining to watch, you can never focus on just one all at once. I like that groups have synced dances too but I like how KARD’s dances show their own personality to them.
For people saying they are not popular in Korea because they hardly promote there, it's because when Kard first came out with their 3 songs only international fans supported them, if you ask them hardly Koreans recognise them. Even in their dream concert hardly people cheered for them.. I agree they should promote more but they need to get invited for variety shows..

hslpt3 I heard DSP was on the verge of bankruptcy when they first came out with oh na na. I remember their debut stage was a small room with few people, so I agree completely, connections matter a lot in kpop and Koreans tend to like groups mostly from the big3.

They’re truly legends in the making. They’ve experienced a lot that many other groups haven’t gotten to, like international fans, tours, and world tours, which has strengthened their stage presence and individuality. Although it isn’t gigantic stages like BTS or BP, they still have lots of fans regardless. I know they love their fans, cuz you can tell how genuine they are when they meet fans, like especially their Korean Hiddens, cuz they are their home base fans which mean a lot to them and they don’t have a lot of them either, but hopefully they get their dream concert in S. Korea and have tons of Korean fans, so big that they cry of happiness 🥰. I want them to get what they deserve 😩.
