Why aren't you using any jig during welding?
Is it because it would reduce freedom of movement or because it is not worth building a jig as not enough bikes are built?
Are some parts that you receive at the beginning coming from Nova Cycle Supply?
For the welding, l'm not the welder, but l think he uses a jig but not maybe for all parts. For the parts, l can't say really, It's from a bike supply distributor l guess.
Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my question. I was interested to know as far as jig and bike part supplier because I started building my own cargo bike I year ago. Nearly finished now.
Hope the MELIM cycles company is still running despite the fact that competition is becoming harsher in this market also.

That was different. Usually a front end cargo bike would have two wheels.

We have one of their flat bed cargo bike trailers. Very very lucky to get it before they closed up shop. Too bad. This thing is made of stainless steel and will last a century.
