You failed to mention a lot of IMPORTANT DETAILS here. She actually had depression which led her to having anorexia nervosa. Sinasabihan kasi siya ng mom niya na mataba siya. Richard was the family’s favorite and they always ignore Karen as their daughter. It is not really Karen’s decision to lose weight. It was her mom who forced her to end up dying!
