Call of Duty: Vanguard is a 2021 first-person shooter game developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision. It was released on November 5 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It serves as the 18th installment in the overall Call of Duty series.
I can still remember that one time my great grandfather telling me about how he alone, in WW2, destroyed an entire enemy team unit with he's laser gun. Rest in Peace old man :'(((

ngl cod vanguard is so ridiculous I kinda wish we got a proper game that fully embraced that idea, I missed my chance with Vanguard but man, imagine having Snoop Dogg and Hitler in an alternate cold war setting hitting trickshots, that game has more character than Modern Warfare ever did
That's right, Vangard became basically CoD mobile wich embraces ridiculousness but the price hikes are insane (every season you just get more absurd skins and loot boxes everywhere).
@@sebasnu1 I always wanted to give CoD Mobile a try, but no native PC client is just a no no for me. Tried using dedicated android emulator that doesn't get you banned (forgot the name), but controls felt awful and obviously the game was very basic in terms of movement and netcode cause it has to run on phones.
Just make a CoD Online already Activision, what are you doing
Actually bro, CoD mobile is worth it, I never thought twice about it until I had to sell my ps5 but you tweak the settings to fit your playstyle, and it's super fun and you actually get pretty sweet free rewards just for playing the game, they're always updating it too and patching things and it's the only CoD last few years with a viable ranked mode worth grinding

@@MerrStudio download it on your phone and try to play claw, 3 or 4 fingers. Once you get used to it movement its really enjoyable, totally worth a try

Sometimes I ask myself what the hell happened throughout the development of the game, it had a decent start for a bit but slowly declined into having a crazy identity crisis. My guess the devs took the hate and redirected it towards the setting of the game when that really wasn't why we hated the game, it was the issues we had with it. Probably hence why they sorted to making a ton of crossovers, bundles, etc...thinking it would get players back when it just strayed us away further.
Some say that the game was changed throughout development. From what i heard online is that vanguard was supposed to be more alternate history based and some of the endgame in the campaign alluded to more seasons being geared towards a continuation of the campaign’s story. The devs definitely panicked after the game’s reception hence why the 3rd season and beyond included crossovers. It was odd seeing as cold war & modern warfare continued with their storyline in the battle pass seasons.
thematically it is the worst COD but the Vanguard multiplayer is better than Modern Warfare II 2022 which is a much horrible experience

Or how it was so enjoyable to die to people in the floor because it was possible to clip out of every single map? And maybe what enhanced it was enemies spawning *WITH YOUR FUCKING TEAM* when the game started? Or maybe you LOVED the no-pause-button feature in zombies?

I thought the same, ended up playing hundreds of hours. I'm still playing sometimes. If they would fix broken spawns. The game would be 9/10 for me. I don't mind skins. Some of them pretty cool

Ghost was one of my favorite call of duties right after the original modern warfare series .
Loved Ghosts, loved Infinite Warfare, loved Advanced Warefare
Ghosts and advanced warfare are the only cods i sold for pennies at gamestop. I couldn't get away from unlock all hackers at launch with ghosts and advanced warfare got so jetpack campy. People would camp above doorways everywhere in AW, it ruined running n gunning imo.
The £35 bundle also contains 5000 ingame points. Wasn't actually a bad deal in combination with the other items.
At least this game felt like CoD.
MWII is the worst CoD.
I think the maps on Vanguard are what held it back. The battle pacing feature with tactical, assault, and blitz was awesome, and I was hoping to see it put on more games.

My problem is, it felt like Vanguard was dead on arrival, regardless if it launched well.
I truly wanted to see a game that took place a couple years before infinite warfare somewhat modern going into the future some lasers in it but still embraced that gray area where it was modern and it showed off futristic guns later on.

Mp in vanguard is miles better than mw22 imo. Especially since you DONT GET PUNISHED FOR MOVING. Overall, I think mw22 is better as a whole but my mp experience is vastly better on vanguard. I have 10 days on both games btw, so ive played the same amount roughly

As a former cod player from the black ops 2 days I never in a million years imagined call of duty evolve to what it is now 0.0
The reason that gun was level 2500 is because 2019, Cold war, and vanguard's levels are all connected (example: I could be level 27 in Cold war, cuz 2019, Cold war, and vanguard's levels are connected I am also level 27 in those 2 games too

I think mw2 is the worst cod to ever exist with the bad maps, bad map design, no movement, loud footsteps, very fast realistic TTK, which all promoted passiveness and campy-ness to being optimal play

I actually quite enjoyed cod ghosts, I bought the dlc maps just for the unique extinction mode which I absolutely love playing, especially the kraken boss mission. Yes multiplayer is pretty bad, but campaign has a few good missions, and in my opinion, it has the best introduction campaign mission in COD history
ah those were the days. when solders in ww2 had laser guns to eliminate the entire army and continuously spawn camp the enemy base. ahh this takes me back...

I won't lie, Vanguard was the scraps for 2021's cod because Activision wanted to be nice to them but that didn't even help. My assumption is that Vanguard was a last minute idea and to put more content in for Warzone, because it felt like Vanguard had nothing stand out other than it used IW8, it felt like COD as a platform and a not a game. _Ironic they are doing now._ It just felt like if Vanguard didn't have many issues, maybe it could've been better? But who am I kidding. This game is a dead horse xd
Vanguard was a place holder for mw2. But mw2 got pushed back so they had sledgehammer make the game with mw2019 assets. Hence why vanguard released with the most content in the last several years
When you get a camper free lobby, cod ghosts was quite fun.

I believe that CoD Vanguard had to be one of the most wackiest WW2 based fps games. Neon gun camos, holo optics, bad historical inaccuracies, and modern gun attachments (etc.) just make it hard to take the game seriously.
When we were younger everyone was excited about the maps and guns. Now everyone is worried about movement , im seriously asking what changed?

cods been every year for 10+ years for the same reasons everytime. Horrible weapon balancing, maps,spawns, loadouts etc. Literally everything is bad with cod since/including ghosts and mtx+ in game store is the next horrible thing to happen to it.

The real problem with this game was that it's supposed to be a World War 2 game, but the cosmetics doesn't make ANY sense for a WW2 game. If it was a futurist shooter, it'd be more acceptable

Easily the worst CoD no doubt. If they ever make a WWII game again, they need to keep all of the goofy ass skins out of the main game and only put them in Warzone or something. If they're gonna make skins for the game at all, they should only be like the ones in Hunt Showdown.
mw2 is the worst cod I've ever played, horrible movement,horrible ttk, horrible maps, warzone is horrible, aim assist plays the game for you, games plagued with cheaters, and there is 0 skill gap, at least vanguard had movement

I’ve had so much fun playing all kinds of CODS. the black ops franchise, GHOST, advanced warfare, COD WW2, vanguard, modern warfare 1 and 2, and the remastered.
But boy oh boy.. MW3 is the worst COD ever! To the bugs, matchmaking, spawning issues, I’m not a big fan of the new mechanics either.. it just sucks man.
