Its a nice add on, a gift as my ebike boxes had a few "custom" accents that are One of a kind! all at NO extra charge! Im liking the philodo ebikes! If only they had it in a step thru (?) those AWD ebikes are looking so nice.
@@projectponderer I used to be one of those guys that wouldnt think of an ST buut have changed my mind after getting one. I get off n on ez, even after I get stiff from riding awhile. I got the ST for my wife [she said its too big] it is a 26x4 - so ok Im 6'4" and actually like the ST !?! there are a couple ST AWD that Ive found, but just 500 watt hub drives. so yeah I have to wait as Im sure the ST will gain popularity as more of "us" are changing our minds about a step thru I do like that philodo. . .
Are you happy with your purchase 2 months later? I’m considering buying one of these so close to pulling the trigger but only deterrent is legality here in TN is 750w on trails but I doubt I’d ever be hurassed regardless if I chose this bike I plan to use it to pull my kid on a co-pilot and commute to college 24 miles and back
Plus I’m a larger man at 250 lb and 6’4 and need the torque for mountains and would love someone else’s input I, basically using all my extra college funds on the bike….
@beforedeth2104 yes very much happy. It has motivated me to get out and ride more. You can get exercise. Then if you get to tired. Just crank up the peddle assist. I did a 30 mile camping trip on it. Still had 70% battery. I peddle alot. Iv not had anyone say anything to me about limits on power. But everyone wants to ask questions about the bike. I'm happy to help. Maybe in the big parks like Yosemite they may monitor bikes. But for now, Ky,Tennessee, I think your good. Pulling the kids will be fun. Having the all wheel drive will really help that.
@beforedeth2104 I'm 6'1 200lbs and I have been happy with how it pulls me up hills. I hit a decent grade hill on the highway. It was maybe half a mile long. Still topped it at 25mph. Without peddling.
@Hiser23 it's just plastic so not real strong. Without the 2 wires on the bottom as support I could see it twisting. Out of the box the fender was on its side and had a slight twist from packaging. But the supports straightened it out.

@@bellyacres7846 I'm still liking mine. The AWD has come in handy on steep hills. My wife wants a step through to. The Jumbo is a tall bike.

@bellyacres7846 I agree. So much easier to get on and off. Then if you get in a bad spot on the trail. It makes it easier to put your foot down.

Did you manually increase the top speed in the software? I heard they could do ner 36mph
@vearsan yes. I changed the speed to max and played with changing the tire size on the computer. I got 35mph on flat land. 38-39mph going down hills.
@@projectponderer incredible little thing isn't it. You made it look so good👍🏼
@@vearsan thank you!
It's a good looking bike
@vearsan thank you! A lot of $ but I have had fun on it. If gas goes up after the election. I'll ride it to work.
For 2k I would think they would provide a fender for the front wheel that didn’t look like garbage
@Hiser23 I think it looks fine myself. But everyone has their own style
@@projectponderer from the video of assembly it looked warped. Maybe it was just the camera angle I guess

The battery is hard to remove with the fender on, I would leave it off if you're not planing to ride in the rain.
@WCoast_ That's true it is. I don't take the battery out. I charge both batteries while they are on the bike.
I’m wanting to get one!
You can try mine out and see how you like it.
That thang wild
It is! Lots of fun. It has motivated me to get back out and ride.
Who cares about a scratch on a bike that always confuses me when y’all say that in videos… it’s a bike it’s gonna get plenty more scratches
