Big respect for allowing Tim to run the combine. It annoys me when I watch other farming channels where the grandfather doesn’t allow his son or grandson in the combine.
@ I don’t agree, but I understand. I understand that small adjustments can have major harvest losses. As an expecting father, I want my children to learn and run every piece of equipment I have.
@@OldSoulMillennialit okay not to agree. It’s a business run by family. While you are absolutely right, it is imperative you harvest to the very best you can because you didn’t spend all the time and money raising the crop to leave it in the field. Those kinds of things separate the good farms from the bad farms. And growing farms from the loosing farms.
I agree, that must be a huge confidence booster for Tim.Plus you need time for yourself and William.I'm glad you're having such a good harvest considering the drought. Keep it up I enjoy your content
Looks like it’s doing good. We have a Massey Ferguson 9695 and we really like it. A shame Agco discontinued them, Deere dominates our area in South Central Illinois
My google search is telling me that Triple M is in Lebanon PA. If that is the case, then it is definitely a long haul. Undoubtedly a significant burden during harvest.
Cnh designed and built the cr11 from the ground up. So I don't blame them badging a case a nh. For whatever reseon case sells more combines than nh. And let's face it it will help other guys look at nh twin rotor combines.
A few of my big shot neighbors run around with their cabs covered in grain. I dont get it. Im sure they all have a tank cammera. I ended up with a few handfuls on my cab when i was headed to the wagon and hit a sprayer rut. The self leveling sieve of the NH machiens is a nice feature.
Hey Wes, good to meet you again Saturday at Mucks event !! Do you like your Combine ? 😂😂😂😂 Lovely looking part of the country you live and farm in ! 👍👍
News Nation stated that the USA had lost 140K farming entities since 2017. Shipping Ports should have put in a lot of autostrads (no driver aboard shipping container straddle carriers)in years ago. Patrick Terminals Brisbane, Australia were one of the first successful Autostrad Ports. Kalmar wrote an article Autostrad - 'Terminal design and Conversion' 2023. Chinese have started making inflatable grain silos, 118 feet high, 75 feet wide, probably still require more development. Are there any good condition Harveststore silos on a shutdown dairy farm to put the soy beans in? Some hopper bottom trailers were converted to peanut dryers, appear to have blown air into the hopper trailer.
LOL. With smaller field sizes why spend the money. You can drive the combine to the wagons or truck in a minute or less. Plus a grain cart is another piece of equipment to maintain. Not having one keeps more money in the bank to maintain other equipment. Keep it simple.
@@Northern_Farmer I have a neighbor that has a 6620 deeere 4 row head and a brand new grain cart. Silliest shit I ever saw. $12000 combine $70k grain cart in the time it takes him to fill that cart an old truck could dump off back at the farm before he filled the combine. To each there own I guess
Yes side by sides are ridicules! They are Pushed to suckers with more money than smarts, by popular TV Shows and guys with Million Dollar Grain Sites that according to them should be condemned! Farmers of the past would be laughing there asses off at the Gator and its high cost. If you have a pickup truck you have a side by side and it is 10 times more useful!
That’s IF they sold their corn and beans today. I wouldn’t trust what corn fodder Cole says. I wouldn’t buy cows right now, they are sky high. We are only keeping 100 heifers the rest and steers are going to wheat pasture then the feed yard. It’s going to be a great year for cattle if you are selling.

Hey, like my dad and granddad told me, if you want to run it? Buy your own. And I did. I told my boys the same thing. But I still let them run it.

Tim did a great job with that unloading 2:30 . All the corn in the wagon.
Great video, I did not hear you mentioned the yield on corn, got to love the NH in front of the two Brent wagons at the pit 👍👍
I hated the self leveling sieves in our NH TX 36...they were always going crazy
Hi OLF,Edward from Vermont, I got to see my first Combine picking corn last year, always saw vids of them
Hi Wes..glad you made it back to the States ok!.... look's like you got slightly better weather than we have here!!

The Gator is probably great for your dad to use around the farm.

It is really hard to unload into a small Hopper Bed wagon they are so much Lower than the Combine
Hmmm. Don’t know what your problem with the port is…they are taking our beans. We only have one load left to deliver under our contract.
I can only convey what I’ve been told. But I’m on my third load into them today. I started last week.
We can here in west Virginia I live in martinsburg wv
Need a grain cart!
Buy me one!

I bought one....didn't even use it this year

Joe the POS, we have to get the man back in office, trump is the man, rich people vote for poomula, thanks for sharing wee, great video
Col the corn star had record crop and lost -$350,000. That’s why I’m going less cropping and to 400 breeder cows. I hope regen keeps costs down Wes.
