It is has been nice hearing so many loud weapons this wipe. I’m an early alpha player , and this is the closest the game has felt to how it was back then. Even the rubberbanding feels like 2017
@@GeekedUpGamin this isn’t as much to do with the players using loud guns as it is the AI scavs being turned way up. They shoot at everything and will chase you down, even after breaking contact. It’s so bad it’s to the point they try to shoot us through hard cover with no line of sight.
@ I don’t think you’ve ran into a gaurds/rogues It should work like you say but it just doesn’t. They are most definitely tracking players through walls. We’ve tested this on light house.
Before the extension, all I saw in the discord was positivity about no flea. Now the extension drops and everyone is bitching about it. This community will never, ever be happy.
i mean if they changed it few days before or a week, but they just announced like what, 10ish hours before opening it? or a bit more, still, lot of ppl were expecting to start questing but well, nope
A lot of people are suggesting this and bsg should make it happen. Imo not only should they remove flea or nerf tf out it but they should also nerf traders and make the minority of items found in raid only
or have specific spawns that you can work toward like some of the quest designs. I did notice that it seems that keys for specific maps seem to have a higher percent chance to spawn ON that map.
A major effect of no market is not everyone is running suppressed weapons so raids don’t feel empty and more fights and when you do find a suppressed weapon you get a major advantage and feels rewarding
I am loving the pace of this wipe so far. My group and I have been focusing on questing mostly and you are right, everything is very rewarding now. the entire game feels different and i think even when the flea market is enabled its still going to go slow because of the found in raid element for hideout expansion. We will see how it goes but so far I am having a very fun wipe.
my personal pain was Fleece, I just couldnt find it. And when i would find it. I would end up getting killed. all i wanted was some damn fleece to mop the floor!
If they added a couple more barter for task keys like disease history I would be fine with no flea period tbh I love no flea I’m level 34 and having more fun with this wipe than ever
on my sixth junkbox, spent about 30 raids looking for an electric drill for workbench level 2 and still haven't found it, i am at my limit i don't have a key for Shaking up teller either, this is absolutely miserable and boring.
Flea should be fluid with its time open. If they could deadlock the flea every now and then, it could delay the progress of the market by a lot. People would wanna find stuff due to high flea prices for items as there is a sense of urgency because flea could close for two / three weeks.
At the end of the day, its basically a fence. Covert trading in the midst of warfare. It’d make sense if the market couldnt go on due to lore events and such
im just hella baffled how some dudes got Kappa already and prestiging meanwhile god doesnt not want me to find ANY of the keys i need for Shoreline, Reserve and i cannot come across a single boss on PMC but on scav i have seen every boss
hear me out: no flea for 2 weeks, then for the next 2 you can only buy keys on the flea like any other wipe, and then 2 weeks after that you can now buy ammo, and 2 weeks after that armor and so on and so forth till the flea is fully unlocked mid wipe, that way you can still progress easily by questing but the early wipe feel will still be there, or make it so the flea is restricted behind more things, like getting intel lvl 2 with the FiR hideout, or instead of 2 weeks, have it so at 15 you can buy keys, at 30 you can armor and ammo, etc.
I understand the take but I disagree. I genuinely believe it should have massive restrictions full wipe (until close to end of wipe for complete chaos obviously) due to making wins more impactful and not turning into an arcade shooter.
I think flea should be removed and they should redesign key spawns to work like the earlier quests where either you have to barter or the key has a specific spawn on the map.

@ i don’t think you understand what i mean… let’s say level 4 trader can sell you good ammo for 250r per round. sure but it’s cheap due to trader. on flea, the floor could be say 4500r per round 🤷♂️
FIR hideout makes the game absolutely terrible. It's bad enough we need to find items for some task. The hideout was always a tool for players to make fixed income and help offset their costs. Having it locked with FIR makes it not worth it. You're better off not upgrading the hideout at all. The amount you need to pump into it, plus all the space you sacrifice it's just not worth it. Not required for Kappa or lightkeeper.
This is the way this type of game is supposed to play, its not fun to wipe if everyone is back to full hideout by 2-4 weeks because they can just buy everything. Way more fun, way more interesting engagements
You know why it's not. Because worthless streamers will beg their fans to find or has the item like a key to help them finish as task. As wel normal people has to suffer not getting this help. The no flea doesn't prevent that...
Pros and cons sure, but for me personally I think it’s mostly cons. I’m level 53 and have spent the last 3 days jacket running because I’ve done every single other kappa quest and need like 30 keys.

make all quest key acquirable in some sort of way, craft?, barter, put them in raid like machinist or unknown. then remove the flea, game should be about finding what you need not finding what wroth alot to therapist and buying everything you need.
I genuinely think flea market is an amazing addition to the game BUT i believe HEAVY restrictions should be in play (no ammo that pens over 35-40, no higher than level 4 armor, and no attachments with more than 6-8 combined net positives, no suppressors for 5.45x39, 7.62x39, 5.56x45, 7.62x51, 7.62x54RR and any other larger caliber guns, in addition to no containers of any kind, no rigs or backpacks that have more than a certain slot of space and no certain non task related keys) with there being a price floor for flea and keeping hideout fir upgrades. I think flea should be used for regearing when you are somewhat down bad and for crafting/task keys you are having trouble finding or obtaining. I genuinely like the struggle idea because it makes a win more impactful. If you run out with level 5-6 armor, now you are more likely to survive but not be rewarded v risk as much as you would with flea being as open as it was prior. Now if you go out with 5.45 FMJ ammo and level 3/4 armor and kill 2 guys with amazing pen ammo, good guns and armor. That win would feel a lot better than if you could buy half of that off flea for like 200k.
I somewhat agree but the high level players (myself included as I currently have max traders) will win every fight because they have good ammo and it’ll be way harder to level the playing field.
@@EpicNinjas100 Well thats why BSG changed pen. its easier for ammo that is built against class 4 armor to still pen class 6, just not as frequent. Sure people with level 5/6 will have the advantage, that is the point. Higher risk, higher reward.
no flee super fun change along with only FIR hideout, the change that someone suggested to put those items inside hidout building parts instead of stash was amazing and should be added as well because spce is very limited, keys and some crusial parts for gunsmith should be added as barters too and iam fine without flee for good 2 months, scopes on traders could be good too because right now there is bearly any useable mid range scopes, painkillers other than analagin
I don't mind the no flea, but i think the way they've gone about it is an absolute joke and unprofessional, why not use the in game survey feature myself and many others love the flea to be able to play with our own style i don't like questing i want to buy keys have fun on labs and i just cant do most of that atm. The game isn’t better this way. Your mpx fortis grip example: I find item and leave raid asap. The raids are dead and nobody is moving. Making PvP quests so much harder. Have to take greater risks to find events in raid. Key lock I don’t have to explain, it’s the worst part. Also not talked about: money is a huge issue once you run out of quests to get monetary rewards from. I’m lvl 45 and I can only bring out $200-400k per raid full bag and rig. Kit cost much more than that. Flea that same loot would be about $1 mill. Making replacement cost terrible. You were really ingenuous towards the “casuals” This game isn’t a hardcore survival. It’s hard af even with the flea. No reason to act like you’re on some form of high ground, kind of a dick mentality. I’m lvl 45 close to kappa and I see their pain clearly. Casuals make up majority player base and probably a good chunk of your viewers. Try not to be so tone deaf.

Bro I play maybe 3 hours a night or every other night. I’m not a no lifer. I’ve just been playing for 5 years and know how to progress quickly. A lot of yall get upset with the fact that other people can progress fast. Should they slow down to accommodate you?
I don't really play PVP but I think the flea could be off for way longer if they seperate the workbench a bit, and revise the crafts. What I mean by this is make a seperate ammo bench, make a barter item bench or whatever because loading in the workbench craft list makes me feel like the game is about to crash. And make sure the player can craft most if not all hideout items, even if at a loss technically. Then you can have the flea off for half the wipe for all I care. Maybe let the keys be sold nothing else.

All good gear you get from traders anyway.Soooooo i grinded my 42 in 10 days AS USUALLY, while i was grinding i accedently farmed 28kk sooooo i have all my good gear i have lvl 4 traders, SAME AS ANY PREVIOUS WIPE. but now i just cant complete quests,cz i dont have quest keys (like sanitar key, resort keys, marked rooms etc) those are RARE AF. i dont have flea, i dont have barters for those keys, i defently not going to loot all jackets on shorline begging Nikita spawn me key i need. And now, after 10-14 days after wipe im literally have NOTHING TO DO IN GAME. mb i will play again when flea will be turned on. But im not sure, usually if i skip somethings it takes time to go back. P.S. ALOT of my friends are same as me PSS sorry for bad gramatics (english is not my native lenguage)

I'm standard user and I think flea should be locked the first month of the wipe. Fights with other players are far more scrappy, with both sides using improvised kits and scavenged ammo. The whole key issue sucks; maybe double the drop rate for task related keys.

People crying cuz they dont have access to something that gives u -1 more recoil then another, then grinding out barters for it lol. The changes are to make earlygame easier, and to kill end game players money whoring. Core game mechanics squashed.

I don't really play PVP but I think the flea could be off for way longer if they seperate the workbench a bit, and revise the crafts.
What I mean by this is make a seperate ammo bench, make a barter item bench or whatever because loading in the workbench craft list makes me feel like the game is about to crash. And make sure the player can craft most if not all hideout items, even if at a loss technically. Then you can have the flea off for half the wipe for all I care. Maybe let the keys be sold nothing else.

no flea is nothing about amazing. All good gear you get from traders anyway.Soooooo i grinded my 42 in 10 days AS USUALLY, while i was grinding i accedently farmed 28kk sooooo i have all my good gear i have lvl 4 traders, SAME AS ANY PREVIOUS WIPE. but now i just cant complete quests,cz i dont have quest keys (like sanitar key, resort keys, marked rooms etc) those are RARE AF. i dont have flea, i dont have barters for those keys, i defently not going to loot all jackets on shorline begging Nikita spawn me key i need. And now, after 10-14 days after wipe im literally have NOTHING TO DO IN GAME. mb i will play again when flea will be turned on. But im not sure, usually if i skip somethings it takes time to go back.

so what i was saying, for me "flea locked" is not an issue. i felt 0 deference (exept mb gunsmith quests), the only issue is rare keys, and THAT IS NOT RLY FUN !!!
PS i dont give A F about my hideout, who even cares about hideout? i only build smth if game says i can build smth (like if i accidently loot required stuff) :D
I'm standard user and I think flea should be locked the first month of the wipe. Fights with other players are far more scrappy, with both sides using improvised kits and scavenged ammo. The whole key issue sucks; maybe double the drop rate for task related keys.
Best decision in my opinion is if the flea market is available only in the weekend after the first week after wipe
dudes are putting way to much thought into this crap “BIS” attachments are not going to make or break your kits lol.
People crying cuz they dont have access to something that gives u -1 more recoil then another, then grinding out barters for it lol.
The changes are to make earlygame easier, and to kill end game players money whoring. Core game
mechanics squashed.
Itd be cool except theyve made multiple huge changes with absolutely no balancing for the most part and now everything just feels crappy and that on top of the game running like shit is just making me wanna quit
