How do I get this to work? I tried installing it recently and it broke the body textures for the m3 gtr making the exterior of the car invisible, I also can't seem to find the vinyls in any of the menus. The only other mods I have installed are extra options, widescreen fix, unlimiter, extended customization and the 4gb patch for the exe.
Any tier 3 cars will shake up the blacklist order. Especially those at the bottom. Will easily be in the top 10. I can see Vic, Earl, Ming, Webster, JV & Bull at the top of the blacklist while all Tier 1 & 2 cars of blacklist drivers at the bottom

then webster will be blacklist 1 and JV will be 2
vic and earl would have a higher position then also bcz both lancer and supra are very fast in Carbon
