For the snout indent: How come you don't put needle into next hole (ie yarn goes over a stitch) instead of back into the same hole? Wouldn't it be stronger that way?
I think you could definitely do it that way. I just like going back into the same stitch because it keeps everything tidy and tight. Plus it keeps the cinched part a bit smaller, but I think going into the next stitch would be better if you're using thicker yarn.
Thank you, very helpful. Can you do one on how to fasten safety eyes? I can not seem to find a good method. Problem is, I have bought safety eyes where the thing to fix it on the backside (was it called a washer? English is not my First language) is actuallly a white plastic thing, not a metal plate, and maybe you know how to close them? Because every Tutorial about safety eyes is about the shallow metal fixiation and not of the plastic things. In my opinion it is impossible to get the plastic cap on the safty eye ;) Which ones do you use? Thank you!!
I've used different kinds of safety eyes, but I actually haven't used the ones with the metal washers, only plastic funnily enough. I could definitely do a video about that. Eye popper tools are usually pretty helpful with getting the backs on. Darkside Crochet sells some and Glass Eyes Online (on Etsy) has some too.
You explained this so simply! I am ready to try it now. Thank you!
