These actually take more than one session to get everything out for the comfort of the client. They are caused by too much sun exposure and not using sunblock (this client probably work in a field). They are very deep, even though it looks like they're sitting on top of the skin, very stubborn, and more than likely, will never go away no matter how much is cleaned out.
This is the best extraction video I've seen. It was so very satisfying to see the black heads disappear and the deeper ones to be removed. More of this client please.
