The same thing that gives us the right to take away your Tank rights, Bazooka Rights, Hand-grenade rights, Machine Gun rights, Nuclear Missile Rights, Blackjack rights, katana rights, etc. Your individual rights to weapons ('arms') are regulated under the 2nd amendment and even your buddy, Justice Antonin Scalia, wrote, "[It is] not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose.”
