@die_Selbstdenker I dont believe we have to have fun to be happy. Anyhow, it would be beautiful if we taught our children spirituality from a young age. Instill in them that we have a choice how to react to the outside world and a choice of what emotion to assign to the experience. I personally no longer allow other people or events to dictate my emotions. Through mindfulness & being present, I self observed my reactions and reprogrammed my mind. I have learned that it's my decision whether to allow others or a challenging experience to interrupt my happiness.... and through this observation, I am becoming conscious.
@@Manifest143 I just share my toughts. i didnt say its the ultimate truth. For me it works, so except it or dont but, dont say me what i have to believe, when its true for me. Do what ever you want with Your Emotions but dont tell others what to do.
