The Blue and white clothes of the musiciansand of the bamilekes Rituals are the Fundament of the flag of the actual stste of Israel.
I have watched this celebration several times and it looks refreshing and magnificent each time. How can we preserve some of these pristine cultural heritage in Africa in the face of cultural imperialism??
As a free born daughter of one of the northwest royal dynasties you can’t beat this. I am so proud to be a daughter and descendent of this very rich, in fact more than rich culture
Why call it Anglophone. It’s enough to say where the music is from, for example the Baka in the western region, the graffi and Bamum in the West or the. Bassa, Ewondo, Bafia or Douala, Dschang simply refer to themselves as such and not some imported denomination
